Ordered a Spicy Chicken Deluxe meal, the bread was hard so I decided just to eat the chicken- it was hard, like jerky! I stopped eating at McDonald’s a long time ago but made an exception cuz I always say no, but this only confirmed how terrible it is, it once a upon time was better. CSR didn’t seem to care either rushing our order rather than upsell… Gross food!

I ordered a mobile order and went to pick it up evening of January 10, 2025. It seems there was a mix up with orders and as I was sitting in the drive thru, noticed the driver ahead of me giving his bag of food back. After some time, the driver in front of me got his new bag of food and moved along. I’m not upset about the wait or the mix up, what disgusted me after the fact is the manager or whoever on duty just gave me the old bag that the other customer had. Not to mention the woman was so passive aggressive and short, I was handed the cold bag with an attitude before the windows were slammed shut all she said was “sorry for the wait”. I don’t care about the wait, but I certainly discarded the bag she gave me because I’m not about to eat something handed to someone else and given back. Annoyed at how this was handled.

Ordered ahead of time last night went to pick up , not busy inside, large lady packing drive thru behind the counter never once in 20 minutes acknowledged me standing and waiting to be helped??? She has a camera in front of her so she clearly could see the counter. A cook had to tell her maybe you should help her, instead the cook came and helped me! Unbelievable horrendous customer service! This person should be fired! That is not how you provide service, just the opposite.

Gave us the wrong order, the room was cold, deliberately is my guess to keep people moving along. Had to go to the counter twice to get sugar for my coffee (three packets) no stir sticks, everything is behind the counter and good luck if you like your coffee sweet getting more than a few lousy packages of sugar. There’s a Wendy’s across the street. Next time that’s where we’ll go.

I don’t usually do reviews, but I went through the drive-through in the nighttime and the shift lead Vince was awesome and made my day. I do HVAC and I’ve had a long day and he was kind enough to keep a positive attitude throughout the whole time my dude is Friendly and Kind. McDonald’s might Not for everyone, but at least I personally have a McDonald’s that cares. Keep up the good work My Guy, Bros like you make the world a better place.

Definitely not the McDonald’s I remember from years past. The burgers are smaller and not as tasty. No interaction with staff, ordering from a kiosk, really? Customer service is non-existent….. I still love their fries but they are way, way too expensive. I’m sadly saying goodbye to McDonald’s….

I paid extra for 2 pieces of bacon for 2.50. Only got 1 piece. The person who made the order should have checked to make sure the order was right. The girl who handed me my order also had attitude. The guy who took my order at least let me pay with cash, but after I stood there for 4 minutes. This McDonald’s never again.
