Im giving 1 star but really want to give 0 stars. I was traveling at 830pm on Sunday May 25th from camping. We stopped for gas and food. We had to pull over wait for our food. When I went to eat my quarter under it was drenched in ketchup and meat was dry. I couldn’t even pick it up to eat it. I opened the double cheeseburger and it was the same way. My husband had no chicken on his spicy chicken sandwich and my 9 yr old granddaughter didnt like her burger it was dry. Im sure the food was sitting around and the employees thought putting a lot of ketchup on them they thought it would cover it up. I called and asked for the Manager, the kid on the phone said yes. I asked again and he said can I help you. I asked are you the manager and he mocked me. Very unprofessional. I let him know about my order and hung up. I did use my receipt to make a complaint. Thought I would do it here too. I never eat at McDonald’s thats what my granddaughter wanted. Will never do it again.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Jennifer is very rude. I ordered food and was just minding my own business and then I had Fredericktown police showing up because I was there just relaxing and minding my own business for a bit. Not very nice at this McDonald’s plus the food made me sick

Wait in line then wait for fast food 10 min to be brought to space 4. Order was missing items and food and fries were cold. Went in to get the rest of order. Wait at an empty counter for help then when I asked for the rest of my order, well lets just say not much help. Wont go back at night for a quick meal. Also abserved place needs a good cleaning especially the floor.

Was gave a unsweetened tea when I said tea wasn’t sweetened was gave a sour tea i was asked to pull forward i did and had to wait 30-45 minutes for food by that time the food was cold i took the food in and asked would you give this to a family member and Manager started yelling at me cause I asked for hot fresh food not cold she made a comment why don’t I call corporate on her she went towards the back and started yelling at the workers right in front of customers for 1 you don’t yell at workers you talk to them one on one or all at the same time 2 you never yell at customer or have a attitude like she did 3 remain calm which she didn’t do i will never go back because the so called manager she is not professional

Stopped for dinner at the McDonald’s at the Fredericktown exit, the one with the new Love’s truck stop. We dined in. It took forever to get our food. Once we got it, our fries tasted like they were from yesterday and the chicken nuggets seemed to be left over from lunch, and this was at 730pm. Not sure what took so long getting our food we were the only ones dining in and like I said… Or food seemed to be well past the expire time stamp.

We were asked to pull to stall 1 right after pulling to the window, and as someone who works in fast food, i understand this is part of protocol to keep the numbers down. The issue came in when we pulled forward to see that stall one and all other stalls had cars. we stopped to wait for stall one to open up (or any stall really) and as one car pulled out of stall 2 a super rude employee come out to tell us to move. We said that we were asked to go to stall one and were waiting for it to open and she said very rudely “then just pull in stall 2!!” weird behavior.

Food never tastes fresh. Better check your order to make sure it’s correct and your condiments you request or actually in the bag. Usually it’s never correct.. the new cardboard ice cream cups they use are terrible. Bring back the plastic. Fredericktown location
