Last night I went,my husband and I were appalled by what we received. His chicken was burnt and my chicken tenders were well over at least 1-2 hours old. The young lady who took our orders did this on purpose and she was being very sneaky. I would never recommend a customer to visit this Popeyes and I live in the area

Prior to today I had taken a little break from Popeyes & this is one of the reasons why (see photo). How would this ever be acceptable to give to a paying customer. Got my order from drive thru & shortly after pulling off realized they gave me this diseased looking chicken. The manager didn’t even make eye contact when I returned. In addition they had no napkins & no flatware. The young lady at the register was freaking out because she didn’t know how to work the new system. This was an absolute mess. Looks like I will not be visiting Popeyes (especially this one in Harker Heights, Tx) no time in the near future. The owners should be embarrassed!

Drove to Harker Hights because the Killeen one is always slow. Had to wait 5 min for someone to ask me to wait 5 more min because of a shift change. Then after 10min I was able to order but could not order what I wanted. They clam they could not serve an all white family meal. Not there will be an upcharge, just we can’t do it. Although they’ve done it before at multiple locations. Used to LOVE that chicken from Popeyes!

I waited 30 minutes here to receive an order-ahead order of 2 chicken sandwiches. These people don’t have a clue, it was bad. One of the workers literally rage quit while I was waiting (see video).

I waited in the drive thru line for 42 minutes. It’s unbelievable I was able to watch a full episode before my order was even taken!! I’ve never wasted so much time in a drive thru line. The whole concept of a drive thru is for it to be quicker than going inside. This my first and last time ever coming to this location! The Mac&Cheese portion was so small it was a waste of money! I do have to give a big shout out to the young gentleman at the window he was very polite!

The young lady (short, black, usually has a ponytail) at the window is very rude for no reason. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt bc everyone has bad days, but it’s happened too many times. Not sure if this is a corporate location but i’m sure if management reviews the video, they will see how unpleasant she is. They are consistently out of something or food isn’t fresh. Go to the Killeen location, way better atmosphere and fresh food too.

Ordered the $25.99 10Pc meal. The chicken tasted like it had been cooked in old grease. I chose red beans and rice for one of my sides and I got a speck of red beans and nothing but rice. So disappointed. I am so tired of these no good restaurants with their poor quality and service.

I had the absolute BEST experience at Popeyes thanks to Cameshia! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with the warmest welcome and made me feel like a valued guest. Her customer service was truly unmatched attentive, friendly, and so genuine.
Cameshia had outstanding knowledge of the menu and helped me choose exactly what I didn’t even know I needed! The food came out fresh, hot, and delicious, and she checked on me to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their job, but she absolutely does.
Because of Cameshia, this location has become my go-to spot. I’ll definitely be back, and I’ll be sending all my friends and family here specifically because of the experience she provided. She’s a true asset to Popeyes, and I can’t praise her enough!
