I have gone to this McDonald’s a couple different times now. And not once have they gotten it correct. One time they messed up my whole order so I politely asked for it to be changed for them to just hand me back the same wrong order. After I asked for the manager the manager came up to the window and said very rudely “what’s the problem”. Finally got my order and left. Then another time I went I had a 5 dollar reward and never got the food for that 5 dollar reward. And every single other time I have gone here something is wrong or messed up. It’s like no one knows what’s going on or how to take an order. Normally I don’t write reviews like this or I’m very considerate because I use to work in the food industry and I get it they are probably just busy and mistakes happen and I know I’m not the only person ordering but when it happens every single time I go then something has to be wrong with management and not just being busy. And no shame to the workers I’m blaming the management.

Ordered food on the app around 3am and when I got there they closed the restaurant off to make food for breakfast even though their restaurant is supposedly “24/7”. When I went through the drive-thru they told me to cancel the order because they won’t cook any lunch food anymore. Kinda ridiculous. Just say that the restaurant is closed from 3am-4:30am cuz that’s a better option than patrons being turned away at the box. Wasn’t just me either. There were like 10 people who went through the line and got turned away.

The new red-haired girl has been unpleasant on all visits. Said my order was canceled and refused to elaborate. I’ve never had an interaction like this and have used mobile orders for years. Saw multiple cars come and go without getting food while we wondered what went wrong. No canceled order, my receipt clearly displayed the order.
Just really caught off guard while writing. Interaction left a bad taste in my mouth.

This location doesn’t give you all of your monopoly stickers. Your order will have multiple eligible items and you’ll only have one item in your bag that has a sticker. It’s happened multiple times with my orders.

So many times I am missing fries or my sandwich. This time we went inside, mentioned my kids 3 fries were missing a week ago in happy meals , no replacing and new order still missing items to eat inside. Staff making witch laughs when I asked for my missing fish sandwich, listening to cussing conversations when I brought 3 small children in. Never buying or shopping at this location ever again.

This is my favorite Mickey D’s. Alex at the front register even helps me figure out my McDonalds app so I can earn points and buy my favorite thing: Unsweet tea, with a teaspoon of sweet tea and a tiny bit of ice. I would be there everyday if it were possible.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve been coming to this location all the time and I never seen so much disturbance from the employees like I’ve seen right now. It’s so disappointing to see the employees who serve your food just playing around and being loud playing rock paper scissors. Acting so immature and not taking their jobs seriously. How can people like this have hourly pay? Cory, the manager didn’t even seem to care about the disturbance. I wasn’t comfortable placing my order so I just left. Horrible experience.
