Let’s get in “the habit” of exploring a cost effective meal deal.
Only the $10 Gotta Habit deal is visibly advertised throughout the restaurant, but you will encounter all three Gotta Habit offers on the self-service menu kiosk.
I decided to meet in the middle and explore this prix fixe meal.
½ Chicken Club:
This half sandwich has marinated grilled chicken breast, hickory smoked bacon and fresh avocado on lightly toasted sourdough bread.
It’s not the most filling, but it will hold you over until dinner time.
Tempura Green Beans:
If you are looking for the perfect alternative to the classic french fries, you’ve found it. The outer layer is covered in deep-fried crunchy tempura batter with a soft green bean on the inside.
The ranch dressing adds a savory flavor to the side
Large Fountain Drink:

The dragon fruit limeade is amazing the crispy chicken sandwich. The fries are OK but the restaurant is pretty empty and the people are really nice and accommodating and smile as I came in they greeted me even though I use the kiosk to make the order for takeout place .10/10

Wonderful, excellent, perfect burger for anytime and anyone. Well cooked, seasoned burger flavor full of crispy crunchy side fixings. Amazing onion rings and fries. Salad is surprisingly great considering it’s a burger place. Will comeback for more for sure

Ordered sit down at like 9:00 had an employee told me I couldn’t eat it in house they close at 9:30. He then bagged it all up confused my order up and the employees cooking it gave me half for there half to to. This was my first and last ever habit experience the place was overall not it. The customers rude and whole experience trash. Just go to McDonald’s or any other local fast food it’ll be better.

The re did the food AND FORGOT AN ENTIRE BURGER. Updating to remove another star.
The food is great — it’s just unfortunate that the customer service doesn’t match it.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this location. Order for later pickup? They make it immediately and hand you cold food. Order dine-in? It’s packed to go. Share the same name as someone with a mobile order? You’ll likely get their food instead of yours.
Trying to call to fix it? Good luck. You can’t get past the automated system, and everything is pushed online — even when the mistake is clearly on their end.
Since I can’t seem to reach a store manager to address an order their staff insisted was mine (it wasn’t), I’ll share the experience here instead.
The food itself is consistently good — five stars for that. But no one seems to take the extra moment to ensure orders are correct or that guests are actually helped when something goes wrong. At this price point, I expect to receive the right food and to be able to speak to an actual person if there’s an issue.
I’ve seen more attention to detail at fast food restaurants.

I visit the Riveredge location at least once a week, as I really love their burgers and fries (and they make my fries without salt!).
I find the prices very reasonable and the quality of the burger to be pretty good, but my main concern is with the cleanliness of the establishment.
Please please – assign someone to clean the entire lobby regularly especially the tables. And please have someone clean the bathrooms as well.
During few of my visits, I have found the lobby in bad shape – dirty tables and garbage bins filled to the top.
This is a pretty easy problem to resolve IMO. Otherwise, this is a great spot for all!

After a long day I was starving and wanted something quick to eat. Ordered a simple Original Charburger Meal from Uber Eats. When the “supposedly sealed package” arrived i opened my burger and it looked like somebody already took a bite into it. I was very upset and disappointed with this. It’s truly disgusting the fact that someone would ever do this to anyone’s meals. I will definitely tell everybody about this experience to hopefully avoid it too!
