Mia the waitress was horrid, super rude and inattentive I had to ask for utensils 3 times over the course of 30 minutes just to be told they needed to wash them, and at no point was my water refilled nor more chips/ salsa brought out. I paid $23 for a .5 inch piece of well done fat that they called steak and when she dropped off the checks she never picked them up after waiting over ten minutes we just paid at the front. Overpriced I cant say a single positive thing about this place

Ordered online for pick up and received a confirmation that my order was ready. Went to pick up my order and waited a bit before front hostess asks me, what’s the name on the order. Another 5 minutes later she asks what did I order. She leaves and returns about 5 minutes later to say my order didn’t go through. I wait another 15-20 minutes for the order. She hands me the bag of food. No apologies nothing. When I arrive home (I live 5 min away) my burrito bowl is cold and there’s barely any rice. Worst burrito bowl Ive ever had in my life. Chipotles does better. The quesadilla was warm and tasted pretty good. Customer service- the worst. Overall I would not return here again, food was okay. There’s better in Pensacola.

We love El Patron. Especially on Tuesday nights. Bingo is absolutely way more fun at a Mexican restaurant than you would ever think. The food is delicious, even my kids enjoyed it. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. And the alcohol is pretty good too! Would definitely recommend to others.

I pre ordered my dinner to pick up when I got off work. I live 6-7 minutes away so I was there early and there was an order already on the pickup table. I had to wait for someone to assist me and they weren’t busy at all. I felt like I was a burden to the gentleman that walk up and sat behind the register. I had to tell multiple people my name and was handed the food that was sitting there when I arrived. I always order extra Queso cheese, guacamole, and sour cream to put on my food at an extra cost per item. When I got home about 6-7 minutes later and checked my bag there was no Queso cheese dip. I paid and didn’t get it. The food looked great so I just looked over the no cheese because I was hungry and took a bite. My food was ice cold….. It was terrible. I paid $17 for horrible service and food. When I had pulled up to the restaurant I had noticed on my order I forgot to add a drink and a tip so I took my card in to buy the drink and add the tip for my mistake. Because the man behind the counter acted like he couldn’t be bothered I just took the food and left. When I got home I was thankful I didn’t tip and I always tip at least a little something even with bad service. I won’t go back or refer anyone to this place. Very disappointed in my experience…

The co workers are thief’s!! We visited the restaurant 11/6, My iPad “find my” didn’t notify me until hours later that my iPad was still at the restaurant so I pulled up the next day. My dash cam caught TWO of the cooks surrounding my vehicle and pondering closely to it. My possessions including my iPad, were left in my car in a book bag and they took the whole bag out of the car searched it and left it on the side of the business garbage can, neatly, with only my pencils and a few other small items left beside the book bag. However my iPad we slightly bent and screen completely shattered as if someone tried to snap it in half because they couldn’t get what they wanted. I spoke with a manger of the restaurant and all he could say was it had happened before and upon us all reviewing the cameras footage the recording cut off with no real explanation than “ the homeless ppl know when the camera cut off”. They placed the blame on the homeless as if that would’ve been excusable or taken lightly. To wrap things up the police adv it was private property being it was a restaurant and they did not do anything. My evidence etc. has been passed along to the right department and ppl to escalate this matter. Everyone works hard for their possessions and it should not be that simple for you to dine into a restaurant that cares nothing about you nor your personal items. Imagine what they could be doing with on the food.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY at this establishment …. The prices are sky high and the food is mid quality at best… They tried to charge me a $0.79 service fee for paying cash……They give you a huge basket of chips with a tiny bowl of salsa……. They did not refill my salsa…… The shrimp fajitas cost $20.59 before tax…. They came out hot and sizzling but were extremely bland and tasteless…… PLEASE READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS FOR THIS ESTABLISHMENT…. THEY ARE ACCURATE

So don’t go to this damn restaurant unless u want your shit stole Out ur vehicle last night someone who works there stole my daughter iPad out my new truck I thought I locked it but I guess I pushed the wrong button I’m still learning everything about it how I know they took it they turn med off the video camera at the time it was tooken out the truck. My daughter got a notification on her phone it was still at the restaurant just a few minutes ago by the trash can we got there and found it broke. Then literally tried to bend it and half and cops said because it private property nothing they can do!!!
