The host greeted us at the door and immediately seated us. Our server (Reece) promptly arrived at the table and took our drink order. He returned and was prepared to to take our order. He was very quick to deliver The Queso Fundito which came out with crispy, well seasoned chips and the queso was perfectly warmed for dipping with a great mixture of spices. Reece made sure our Burgers arrived at the table hot off the grill with special attention to our specific requests. Tonight’s dinner was a great experience here at Red Robin!

My first visit to Red Robin Gourmet Burgers was an incredible experience! I went there with my husband and from the moment we walked in, the service and hospitality were outstanding. The staff was super friendly and attentive. They make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our meal.
What made the visit even more special was the manager personally coming over to greet us because it was our first time dining there. To top it off, we were treated to free fries and a complimentary appetizer, such a generous and unexpected surprise!
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the team went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. I highly recommend Red Robin not only for their delicious food but also for their exceptional customer service. We’ll definitely be back!

Our entire visit was disappointing. I ordered the California chicken sandwich and they didn’t put avocado on it. We ordered a brownie cake, which was clearly a chocolate sponge cake that was popped out of a plastic container. It took forever to get that and our ice cream was totally melted at that point. It was just solid enough that I tried it but it wasn’t even cold anymore. It took us over an hour and a half to get all of our food. I could’ve gone to the place across the parking lot , paid equivalent money and the food all would’ve been pretty good for a chain. I went here because I had a gift card and i’ll probably use the remainder when I am in Greenwood or Indy.

My experience at dinner was absolutely horrible. We waited over five minutes to be seated in an almost empty restaurant. I almost left—and I wish I had. The waitress was nice, but the food took over an hour to come out. Again, the restaurant was nearly empty. To make matters worse, my bill was incorrect; they charged me twice for one meal. I had to wait a long time before I could flag down my waitress to have it fixed. All in all, I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon.

The issue we encountered was not with the staff or even the atmosphere. It was the final bill. We ordered an appetizer, 3 hamburger meal and and 3 sodas all came to $72.80 and a $10.00 tip. $82.80 thats rediculous. The food was ok at best but certainly not worth the prices. If we would have realized beforehand we definately would not have came here.

Been here several times because the burgers are so good and you can’t go wrong with all you can eat fries. Only complaint about the food is that the burger sometimes comes undercooked/pink even if you ask for well done. Service is usually pretty bad. Even though I’ve never seen the place crowded, servers often take a very long time to do anything. One time, a family was seated at the table next to us but ended up leaving after ten minutes because their server never even showed up to ask for drinks and appetizers. This also makes getting more fries or drink refills non-existent. Most recently, my burger came very undercooked, so I waited for our waitress to come for me to get it fixed; after about 20 minutes of waiting, I finally asked another waitress who was passing by. She spoke to someone, and the manager came to explain and eventually brought a new one, but our waitress never showed up after we received our food (paid with Ziosk).

I love Red Robin’s burger and sweet potato fries, zucchini fries the most! High quality, good vibes, friendly. I really don’t understand why this place doesn’t have higher reviews. I will always go here when I want to eat burger.

Came to an almost empty restaurant the waiter was not knowledgeable about what his job was supposed to be. Brought out appetizers missing sauces. I had to send back my burger twice due to not being made correctly. I asked for well done both times it was really pink. Came out to almost 80 dollars for two adults and two kids. Both kids got Mac n cheese that was barely warm. Overall a terrible experience and not at all what we expected as our previous visits were pleasant. Will not be coming back anytime soon unless we see better reviews. Total mess there was also gnats flying around our table.
