I went inside and a nice young lady greeted me. Service is nice. I wanted a healthy drink. The lady said that DAWN PATROL is a good one. Inside mixed orange, carrot, and apple fresh juice. After I pay, another lady shouted loudly my order, which is good for my ears since I am older and I need things repeated. After I drink, it taste nice.

Great customer service! Either the manager or owner was there since he was training. He explained the different options they have for cold brew. They didn’t have whole milk, but other different milk options, like oat or coconut milk. I didn’t care what milk was there, but it’s nice to have alternative milk for other customers. The coffee isn’t sweet, but that’s my personal preference.
Overall, I have a nice experience and tried something different from their menu. The cold brew is strong.

I had such a wonderful experience at Playa Bowls today! The store was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I decided to try a custom smoothie, and Ariana and Shaunnah were absolutely wonderful. They took the time to listen to my preferences and helped me create the perfect blend. Not only did they make a delicious smoothie, but they also offered great conversation, making my visit truly enjoyable. Their positive attitudes and genuine kindness made all the difference. I’m a frequent visitor to this Playa Bowls, and once again, I had an amazing experience today! I decided to try the strawberry banana fruit bowl with Nutella, and it was absolutely delicious. Chelsea suggested adding granola, and wow, it took the bowl to a whole new level, the perfect crunch and flavor combination What keeps me coming back is that every single time I visit, the vibe of this store is fantastic. Today, Ariana and Darian were also working, and their friendly banter made my visit even go from great to excellent. Everyone is always so welcoming and helpful. This Playa Bowls has definitely become my go-to spot for a reason!

THE YOUNG GIRL WITH DARK COMPLEXION IS A PROBLEM! I am an ordained minister. I did not appreciate when I ordered over $40 worth of food that she would say the “S word” after I said my order. I’m sorry I wanted to order so much food. After I was about to pay she said, “do you have a phone number with us?” I said yes and was about to type in my phone number and she just charged me for the full amount. She said a sarcastic sorry. I’m not returning back here. I feel so discriminated.
