We were waiting on this evening by Alomia. We were very impressed by the level of customer service received, by the cleanliness of the restaurant, and by the warmth and freshness of the food. We also thought that the decorations inside were very tastefully and beautifully done. This is probably the nicest fast food restaurant in Nicholasville. Alomia Is excellent at her job and we will be returning soon!!!

I went to Sonic this evening and ordered a medium M&M Blast with Reese’s add-ins. It was around $7–8, which I didn’t mind—until I got home and tried it. I couldn’t even get through two bites because it tasted sour and old. It was absolutely disgusting and definitely not what I’ve come to expect from this location.
I’ve been here plenty of times before and never had an issue, so this was really disappointing. On a positive note, the staff who took our order were extremely kind and pleasant to deal with. I just hope the food quality improves, because this experience was far below their usual stand

Was trying to get a quick bite, to eat on the way to a meeting. But as other times, they made me wait so long, for my coffee to be ready. I know the employees usually are young, but they should work in getting the orders ready in better time.

Went through around midnight with my boyfriend and ordered a chocolate Oreo milkshake. We received a regular Oreo milkshake so we turned around. She said they’d remake it only if we returned the original one so they could throw it away. Which whatever okay but my boyfriend licked the straw and we both had a couple sips from it. She hands us back the milkshake with no whip cream (which was previously on it), and the straw still in it and the same swipe mark from my finger from it overflowing. Very clearly just mixed something in with the milkshake we originally had and handed it back to us.

Waited at the window for 14 minutes. No hello, no payment processing. Then we get out food and its cold and the oil tasted rancid! Rhe guy behind us drove away after waiting too long.The staff couldn’t be bothered to make eye contact or care at all. So frustrating.

Had to give one star. I ordered five items all five items were wrong. Not one or two but all five wrong. Store wouldn’t answer the phone so I called the owner as I as instructed on the receipt he apologized and offered a refund. I sent him my receipt then he ghosted me. Sorry service. Check your order because your screwed if you leave without checking it. My burger was supposed to be a double large fry and drink. It was a single small fry small Coke. Two plain cheeseburgers for my dogs came fully dressed. All five items wrong.

Asked for a side cup of extra reeses for a sonic blast and they charged me $1.50. Charging that much for this kind of portion is ridiculously overpriced. For reference the cup is the size of your typical ranch/BBQ dipping sauce cup.

Absolutely AWEFUL service. We went 7/20 with 4 mobile orders. We followed the directions in the app that said to pull into the stall. When we did, we were told we’re not able to get our food that way. We went through the drive through and we were almost given the wrong food. The original girl who came to the window was sweet and kind, however the second girl with black hair was incredibly rude. We were short one order, she wouldn’t answer questions, couldn’t find our orders. We were given the wrong orders, tried to ask for them to double check what we had ordered and the girl with black hair slammed the window in our face. We waited for a moment thinking maybe something happened and she needed to check but she never came back. The entire encounter was so hostile and gross. Not sure who owns the facility, but I would get your employees under control. That’s kind of wild???
