We bought an Online order 1/03/25 from 105 Plaza Fountain, CO 80911, cg99yf11, 9:35pm. Food was incomplete and freezing. We are missing straws, parts of our meals and it’s frustrating when places like this are incapable are doing their job, sorry my wife was pregnant and was looking for a comfort meal during your allotted work period. Doordash is in the process of doing a partial refund and should be a complete refund in my opinion. Delivery of service was great door dasher did good.

Woman at drive through had an attitude, I tried to hurry up and order my food. Changed my mind, which I get happens but then the burnt, dry chicken tenders came out to add the cherry on top. Male at the window was very kind I will say. This was the night shift 6pm. 9/12.

Bought a 70 order missing all the fries all the sauces , when we order 40 nuggets . Both bigmacs werent out together correctly. Had double bun the. The meat. Will no longer be going here. Will drive the few extra mins for the mesa ridge mc Donald’s. Called and manager wasnt very helpful.

Just when you think you have seen it all…. I stop to pick up dinner tonight for my family and saw something I never thought I would see. I noticed it was taking a lot longer than it should to take my order, I could tell the young man taking the order seemed to be distracted. the car in front of me just pulled away and left. When I got to the window I realized why the young man was struggling and the car just left. Apparently there was a little skinny fella yelling at the staff members. I was shocked he is just having one heck of a power trip explaining “he is the boss, and they are gonna listen to him” the young man at the window just has the saddest look in his face (like children to when there parents are making a scene and embarrassing them). as he is yelling at everyone he glances over and sees me watching all of this. He then yells at the young man handing me back my card to “Close that window!” When I got to the second window for my food I saw that same sad look on the other staff as they handed me my food…. (That’s really sad).. Why do you hire people like that and let them treat staff that way? He is no boss. A boss is a (Team Leader) You build trust and encourage people to preform to there best ability. Tearing them down in front of a complete stranger is no way to help anything. Just goes to show you why So many employees are not happy working at McDonald’s. This shows you the owner is all about the profit and not the people that work for them or the customer. It’s honestly a embarrassment to the franchise of McDonald. Sorry to those employees. You should not be treated that way. It’s not right. And for that little fella that thinks he is tough stuff… Better not ever speak to me like that, you will be picking all your teeth up off the ground. Shame on you!

Man, I really hoped it was going to be better. Husband and I ordered a pick up order. We ordered the new Special Edition Gold Chicken McCrispy, Big Mac, and the McDouble Meal Deal. We modified a little to add extra pickles on all the burgers and tomatoes to the Big Mac. We went through the drive thru. We waited about 15 minutes. We were told they were out of the Special Edition Gold sauce so we swapped for honey mustard. We quickly checked to make sure we have everything as it was 8pm, and we just wanted to go home. The bag felt warm so I didn’t think anything. Once we’re home, we unpack the food and notice how cold everything is. We do not live far at all maybe 5 minutes max. The only hot thing is the McCrispy. When I pull out the McDouble, I’m kinda grossed out because it was a daily double with the toppings scraped off. How can I tell? No pickles, traces of lettuce and ketchup smeared all over the whole thing. It’s like they added unnecessary toppings and went oh no and scraped it. It was also stone cold. I couldn’t bring myself to eat it because it was half crushed as well. So I opted for the Big Mac that we were gonna save for lunch the next day. That was also stone cold. I took one bite, and the buns were stale. That had to have been sitting all day from lunch. My husband was enjoying his chicken sandwich, but he did say there wasn’t any pickles. I checked the Big Mac, and there wasn’t any pickles or tomatoes. It did feel kinda feel like a punishment. The fries were barely even warm when we got the bag in the first place. My husband ate those on the way home. Chicken nuggets were cold as well. The drive thru employees were nice though.

The ownership is obviously not serious as they have been one of the worst in colorado. I ate at pueblo 2 weeks ago and cold fries and wilted rotten lettuce….
Hire a decent manager and hire quality it’s your fault if you can’t. Sell to someone who cares….

My wife and I ordered food through the mobile app and it took 30 minutes to receive our food. The order we got was not our order at all and when we did receive our order, it was still missing items. This isn’t the first time this has happened and at this point I have to believe it’s intentional. It’s beyond ridiculous to have to wait that long for what is supposedly “fast food” and not only to have the wrong order but have to talk to someone 3 times to get it correct. It also took so long to get our food (we ordered ice cream cones) that they were put in cups when handed to us, which made me think they had been left out too long and melted. This establishment has been extremely disappointing

The floor is always sticky where the kids play, but that’s nothing new. This time the soda fountain was sticking and staying on unless you put your hand in and pulled the faucet shut. In my experience, this happens when the machine is not being, properly, cleaned often enough. Hardly had an interaction with the crew that served because it was all online but the atmosphere was okay, to say the least

Friendly staff. Food is good, on par with any other fast food. The playground is fun for young kids. Great little playground for a small birthday party or something. Prices are good if you use the app.
The manager opened the playground specially for us because the folks at this McD’s are very friendly.

I figured out what they do here, if their to busy and get swamped, some orders will never get completed and disapear completely, this happens primarily with mobile orders because sometimes they dont show up and am assuming they complain the least.
After 40 minutes i realized it was not being prepared and had to pester the manager and he made it in under a minute. Like what are we doing here guys?
