This place has gone to total crap!
It’s a shame since the “local” management has decided to not put napkins in the dining room at all because “people take them”.
Imagine that! People eating greasy chicken needing napkins! Shame on them.
The tea is sooo sweet that it’s just sugar water. They never ever have change for a $100 bill, ever.
The chicken now has a different taste, it’s just not the same .
Sorry Popeyes but you have lost your way and your “free thinking” managers are running off people that have been eating Popeyes chicken since the mid 70’s.

Ordered food online around 1:30pm. The restaraunt took multiple other orders inside before I asked about my order and they started working on it. Then at around 2pm I was told they were out of spicy chicken and it would be another 15-20 minute wait. At 2:15pm I was told it would be another 10 minutes before it’s ready. When it finally came out at 2:25pm, part of the fries and the biscuits were not hot anymore
This is way beyond a reasonable wait time for food especially when I ordered before others. I tried to talk to a human on the app and it wouldn’t let me to ask about a refund or future coupons. I don’t leave reviews often, but I don’t think anyone should have to wait an hour to get their food at a fast food restaraunt
The staff wasn’t rude or anything like that. I just don’t understand what happened and why my order wasn’t started around the time it was placed and how other new orders were taken before it

We ordered dinner for our family through the Popeyes website that was to be picked up by DoorDash. After continued messaging with the driver that claimed our order to have been canceled with no refund, we called Popeyes directly. The shift supervisor Jeremiah that answered our call was sincerely apologetic and professional. He offered to remake our order himself, which he did. When I picked up the order, I thanked Jeremiah for his professionalism and level of customer service that you don’t often see from such a young man. I was blessed to meet their district manager Vonnie (I hope I spelled that correctly). She was a breath of fresh air to speak with as well. As a long term GM/ MP and current Director of Operations for a casual dining concept myself, I could see and feel her passion for what she does. That emanates from her to her team through Jeremiah. I routinely hear everything that can go wrong with a guests experience. Tonight, for our family, Vonnie (again I hope I’m spelling that right) and especially Jeremiah, turned a terrible experience into an amazing one.

The staff are amazing! Ms. Mary at the counter is polite, engaging, and truly loves to work with her customers! The chicken tenders used to be excellent, now they are processed formed meat served like thin fried catfish. Absolutely horrible. The texture is nothing like eating real chicken

Chicken is good, but the drive-thru, I dread!! It has to be the slowest I’ve ever encountered. We went one time mid day and they are taking orders, taking payment and having you go drive around to park in the parking lot to wait! This way their drive thru time shows to pristine and fast whereas in reality we waited almost a whole hour to get a 16 piece family meal! Please explain it to me!! Then I went again with a friend after work in the afternoon and once again waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes for a12 piece family meal! Then everyone is waiting in the parking lot for their food so it’s a cluster mess and no where to park!! Sorry but I’ll find somewhere else to go.

did not give me half of my order correctly, tenders were overcooked and rubbery, felt like I was just given left overs because they were too lazy to cook my order. They close at 11 and i ordered at 10:15 only to be given terrible food. I understand you have to close up and clean but that starts AFTER customers are served their orders. I did not get my moneys worth.
Side note: Who the hell puts tenders to make a chicken sandwich? If i wanted that shit Id go to Canes who has better quality chicken anyways.

Patience
The lobby was closed around 9:18 pm, but the paper on the outside of the door said the lobby closes at 10. I didn’t see any paper that said the lobby was closed early. So we just had to go through the long drive thru cause we ordered for pick up. I’m not complaining about the long wait but i am complaining that the lobby was closed before 10.
