Hello everyone! I was in the neighborhood and decided to stop for some authentic Mexican food — and I’m so glad I did! This was my first visit to this location, and I will definitely be back.
I ordered the shrimp nachos (added a side of rice) and an horchata — everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious!
Luz O provided amazing customer service. She was so patient and kind. I accidentally forgot to give her the merchant copy of my receipt in the drive-thru, and instead of having me circle back around, she actually ran outside to meet me before I exited. That level of care and professionalism does not go unnoticed.
Thank you for the great food and even better service. See you again soon!

I went to their drive thru and ordered a torta and 2 margaritas. When I got home to eat my food, I almost choked on a hair and pulled it out of my mouth. The worst part is that it wasn’t my hair color, so I know it’s not mine. The torta was good until that happened. This is disgusting and not worth paying for my $44 bill since the margaritas are apparently $15 each since they charge $1 extra just to get the mango flavor. Overall 1/10 experience and will not be eating here again.

First time here actually quite pleased. Fair prices! I initially came and got 1 taco. I was out and about and needed something small to keep me until I met with friends later for dinner. I got a carnitas taco. I enjoyed it. I like their green sauce. Some taco places carnitas is really bland but not this place. While eating, I read one reviewer say they didn’t like the food here and must’ve ordered the wrong thing. They listed tamales and something else. Well I didn’t make it to dinner with friends after all so I came back about 4hrs later that same night. Got another carnitas taco, added an al pastor and got enchiladas… one with brisket and one with ground beef. I really enjoyed the entire meal. Even the beans and rice were pretty good. Now 2 things for certain i was hungry by then. Sometimes just being hungry makes things taste better than usual and also with restaurants , the flavor can depend on who’s cooking that day. They won me over this time but I’ll be back another day to see if it’s good again. Ha !

To Me, this is the best Mexican food bargain in the city. The food is great. The service is wonderful. LUZ took care of me today. I’m from El Paso. This is true authentic Mexican food with a 50% tip It was only $15. You sure can’t get that from Whataburger or Taco Bell You need to come check this place out

Was delighted to find novel meats on the menu. Standard fare & some delicious surprises. From Caiman to Wild Boar you have some choices if you want something a little different. House verde is warm & delicious while the cool salsa complimented everything perfectly.
A+ on the pasole & lengue tacos.
***Adendum: Now I’ve enjoyed this little gem twice. 2nd even better than the first time. The corn tortillas were so fresh- never have I had a tortilla like that in a restaurant. That’s a top secret, next level Abuelita recipe.

I recently moved from Boston to Texas, and I’ve been on the hunt for the best local eats and I’m thrilled to say I found my favorite spot! Los Lupes Tacos has hands-down the best tacos I’ve tried since moving here. Their carnitas tacos are absolutely delicious !!! perfectly seasoned and full of flavor. I’m also hooked on their mango margaritas; they’re the perfect refreshing treat. And I can’t forget to mention their caldo de res a comforting beef soup with tender vegetables, rice, and warm tortillas on the side. Everything I’ve tried has been amazing. Highly recommend this place! Can’t forget about happy hour ☺️☺️

Stopped in here late night at 1am to have some pastor and tongue tacos and they did not disappoint. The cook was good and unfortunately I did not get a picture of the Jamaica, hibiscus, agua fresca but it was fantastic as well.
