This place gets an A+ on creative ways to NOT do your job and drive customers away. I waited at drive thru for several long minutes only to be told drive thru was closed and I needed to come inside to order. When I went inside to order, I was told I had to go through drive thru to order. Really? Never going back there and you lost a potential customer.

Me and my mom went through the drive through and first off we pulled up and a lasy told us to “hold on” and after we order they didn’t have our stuff ready. Made us pull up and waited 10 minutes for the food and they came out without the drinks. Went back inside and brought us our drinks with no ice. Like seriously terrible service and they dont have a good team going clearly. Do not recommend

First off loved it. We used the app to try and beat the rush but still ended up waiting 5-10 minutes. Who can blame them? Its Popeyes and always worth the wait! AND they hooked us up with some fries and pies because of it, like honey I’d have waited 20 minutes anyway but that was just a bonus. I’ll be back soon, thanks!

Where do I begin? This was a mess. I had placed my order online and waited 17 minutes before even leaving the house since I’m only 8 minutes away. I go through the drive thru and they tell me the chicken isn’t ready and will be done in 15 minutes. I gave her 25 minutes .. I go inside to check on the status of my order, I was not greeted upon entry, was not acknowledged for about 5 minutes with the other 4 customers in the lobby. Then proceeded to wait 40 more minutes and when I politely asked how much longer? They had realized they gave someone else my order and had to repack my order again. Threw in 3 extra tenders for the hour wait and inconvenience This location was trash a few months ago and I thought it’s been a while let’s give it another shot.. think I’m about done this time. Do better.

I went to get a Chicken Sandwich it was cold there were dirty tables at 6:00 PM. It was empty They had plenty of time to clean the tables and no music that used to bring the place to life and be exciting. The Employees oh ho these dudes are so loud and there obnoxious just yelling at each other. Overall not like it used to be and it’s sad don’t recommend at all.

First let me say I love Popeyes chicken. But this location is by far the worst I have been to. I waited 40 minutes for my order. Chicken was under cooked, I ordered an extra mash potatoes large both were Half way filled. Employees complaining about customers telling them it was the worst experience they had. Other employees giving food to their friends without paying for it. I one at the front counter, all were in the back. No compensation for waiting longer than the usual (15) minutes for any order. Discussing with other employees to tell customers they are out of spicy chicken, just because they didn’t want to make it. Service was so bad, I recommend all the employees get retrain, or just close the place down.

Apr 10 at least 7 employees behind the counter but I’m waiting in the drive thru with 4 other cars for over 20 minutes. I was asked 5 times what the name on my order was . Did not receive drinks or sauces with my combo meals. Received spicy tenders instead of regular.

Service was good although it seemed to be some kind of external manager who served me, very formal, borderline rude, felt more like an interrogation.
Nothing real to complain about besides the varying temperatures of the different food items. It wasn’t busy, just make everything fresh. there should be no reason to be giving me cold fries, warm pieces, hot tendies, molten pie. Regardless, I’ll be back again

I waited 15 minutes in the drive through just to get to the speaker box just to wait 5 minutes before I could order. The employee was exstremely rude and hateful. She told me to pull into a spot where I waited for another 15 minutes for my food. Couldn’t go in and wait because they have the inside locked. Save your time it is a waste of time and money to eat here
