We go to this Applebees all the time and today I was upset with how 2 customers at a table treated their server. The food and service is always good here. Today, 2 women’s shouted at their server after she already introduced herself and said she would be right back for their order. They came in after us, but insisted they get their order immediately. The server had 3 tables sit down before them and they said “we want a new server since you can’t take our order now” She apologized to them explaining that it was very busy and they insisted on getting a different section. The server was kind and said if you insist, I can get you a new server. The customers were so rude and snarky. Shame on people for being so mean and selfish. To our server, Sierra, you were wonderful and handled that situation with grace, but I couldnt leave without letting the customers know they were in the wrong.

New Year’s Eve, nasty weather, cooks called off, waitresses called off. Take out orders over the top. There were 5 of us. The bartender, Kristen, was amazing! That gal did not miss a beat. She waited tables, got drinks, served food, made sure we had everything we needed. And this was not only for our table but all the tables in the bar area. Helped the gal with carry out orders. Those cooks who did show up, well kudos to them too! Our food was good, hot, and plenty. Thanks for making our evening a good one!

Hey, wow……nice meal we were hungry and facing a two hour drive to get home. There were four of us, all served at the same time, that was nice. Drinks never went empty. Super nice attentive waitress. I forgot to take pictures of our order but I like the the little drawing on the receipt. Just a final touch to a pleasent experience. My daughter couldn’t eat all of her very large salad.

We just ordered carry-out here and decided to also have drinks and an appetizer while we waited. The drinks and appetizers were pretty good…. Our carry-out order however was messed up upon opening when we got back to the family’s house. We ordered 3 entrees and extra sides. Once we got home we realized what we thought was a correct order of 3 dinner we realized the pasta w extra sauce did not have the correct extra sauce. The other entree was supposed to have shrimp and Parmesan sauce and did not have either, then the other one was a bowl with steak added and the steak was well done instead of medium rare. Pasta and dinner with mashed potatoes and green beans were all cold and green beans were hard so either under cooked or just not any good. Very disappointed. My mother just had a full shoulder surgery and all she has been craving was steak and shrimp from Applebee’s. Needless to say even though we tried to make that happen for her her order as well as the pasta order was not made correctly and she couldn’t eat her sides nor had even the other half of the protein in her entree. Very disappointed. Especially after spending over $100 on 3 dinners and stayed at location for almost 40 minutes waiting on the carryout order. Yes we had an appetizer and drinks while we waited but still took 40-45 minutes for our carry-out order to even be completed so to also be not correct is a complete disappointment.

I ordered dinner and dessert to go and what I thought was a piece of undercooked dough ended up being a piece of undercooked chicken in my dessert. Not even sure how this is possible. It had been a while since I had visited an Applebee’s and I will probably never return.

JJ was absolutely perfect in her role as bartender, made me a great Old Fashioned, got my order correct, which which the kitchen cooked to perfection, and I am delighted to have found a great place to eat while on the road in northern Indiana!

Bad server, she didn’t try to make conversation she didn’t smile and she barely talked. I got a chicken Alfredo with Chrissy chicken and it wasn’t cut up, barely any sauce. And it was kinda cold.

Our order was supposed to be done at 4:20 pm this evening. I sat at curbside pick 4:50pm before my order was brought out to me. The waitress said they put the wrong chicken my salad and had to remake it, when I ate it still had the wrong chicken it.

I haven’t eaten at Applebees in like 15 yrs! The food was surprisingly very good. I got a breaded chicken sandwich and fries. Tasted fresh and cooked perfectly. Small portion of fries, but the sandwich was filling. Was a bit busy when I first arrived, so service was very slow. The waiter and staff were friendly and nice. I think I might actually come back!
