Came in 2 weeks before this for dinner time with my girlfriend and got told when waiting for a seat they can’t serve us right now. Today Came in waited 20 minutes to sit because tables were dirty and they wouldn’t eat us until they cleaned them. Ordered our food as soon as we sat down. Waited 25 minutes for one of our meals to come out and was told for the other we are waiting on tots, 30 more minutes go by and still nothing. People that came in 15 -30 minutes after us were getting their orders of chicken. Everyone was getting service and great service, but seemed liked we didn’t because we were a same sex couple in there. I found a manger,(he just came in 10 minutes before and made it clear) helped a table out and brought them food that arrived 30 minutes after us. Finally got help and food came out right after and it was cold. So they took it back to remake. I was pretty much told by the manger that the crap service is what it is. This service has been the worst service yet. Our waitress checked out table only when we got our food and drink order and when she brought out food. No other time. Couldn’t even get drink refills. The only time it’s even worth going here is when they first open. Finally-over an hour after ordering food and still not getting it and my friend was done with there’s for a little bit now. I just asked for a check, they said well we can take the take off the other order. Obviously you will I didn’t even get it! The manager seen me standing with my jacket on for a little bit and came over and asked if they were bagging up my food. I said no they brought out the coldest food and honestly it’s been over an hour and some change at this minute so I just went somewhere I could get fast food! I was waiting for hot food to come out but that wait was getting to be to long to and watching everyone around me coming and going and getting great service felt like because we rare the only same sex couple there at that time that must be the issue! It’s sad because usually I go alone when they first open and wait some time for food but never get treated like crap. Today was the worst interaction with this bdubs! Very let down

the three young girls I bought with me were hungry so it’s the only reason I stay. It took 30 minutes to get a glass of Chardonnay they didn’t have. (When they finally told me) wings were good. Wish the waitress would check on the table more often as we needed napkins, I can see the other servers were getting irritated as I would call for them. I did come around 8:30, guess them were ready to go.

Tonight was honestly the worst experience i’ve ever had at BWW. went in with three of my friends and immediately was asked if we were all over 18 (i know there is a sign on the door but we didn’t even get a hello). the waitress’ at the front were trying to seat us at the bar for some reason, we ended up telling them the booth was what we wanted. finally got over to the table and our waitress came over to take our order. she was rude out the get go for no reason. we ordered our drinks and two appetizers. when she came back we ordered our food and for some reason that seemed like a big inconvenience to her, i don’t think she knew the menu very well as she said “we don’t have that” to many things me and my friends had ordered before. finally our food was coming out one by one until i ultimately didn’t get my food (i only ordered a chicken wrap) until 50 minutes later , after my boyfriend went and said something, she came back and rudely said it would be out in 5 more minutes. i had honestly lost my appetite since i ate most of the appetizers while waiting, my friends had almost completely finished eating. our waiter didn’t bring us refills, utensils, and made every request seem like a chore. we ended up being able to talk to the manager and she was very nice about the whole situation and helped us out. my only complaint was the waiter and how long it took for me to get our food. i understand people can have bad days, hopefully things will get better. probably won’t be coming back for awhile:(

Imma be honest my experience was pretty typical of a Buffalo Wild Wings experience until your manager flung a chair at my friend saying it was pushed too far back. My friend is still recovering from a broken back and 21 rib fractures so she can’t sit for long periods so she has to stand once in a while which means the chair will be pushed slightly behind her. Regardless of her specific injury to fling a chair towards anyone is 100% wrong. That manager really needs a reality check. We could have called the police on her honestly but we just chose to lay our tabs and leave. I really hope yall handle her in some way. This was psychotic.

Service is HORRIBLE. Waited 50 minutes for food and had to complain to the manager. They need to employ more wait staff and telling the truth about order status would be helpful. Lastly, effective communication will help put customers at ease versus no communication. We’ll never go back.

I tried to give them a second chance, but again, I would never be going there again. It’s frustrating to see them look at people’s reviews and say we will take this information into consideration, but they don’t. Also, if someone is on their lunch break, don’t come unless you have two hours because it takes an hour to get your food service. I wish the best for the staff because they only have one person there. I do apologize for asking her to rush her, but I had to hurry up before I was extremely late back to work. I just got tired of the waiting game with my food and then having to wait to get my card back.

I went to Buffalo wild wings I don’t know what transpired there but the service was 100% better The food was delicious and came on time. They have to be under new management. Before arriving I was scared of what was going to happen I get angry every time I come here.
But today I’m telling you it was like 100% turnaround The food was delicious everything just went perfect.
If it stays like this I would recommend this to everybody. My waitress was Tanita. Awesome employee.
Ask for her she was great. Wife and I were very pleased!

My son and I stopped in before checking into our hotel. The servers were great but the host could care a little more. It took a little bit to get a server but they seemed to be a little short staffed even when not a lot of people in the restaurant. Our server was great and the food came out quick. Everything tasted great and we would stop back in.

The food here was good in my opinion. One star deducted for the wait and crumbs on tables. But it was set up well inside, and no matter where you sit you can see TV screens. If you are looking to watch a game and eat, this is a nice place to come.
