We had an amazing experience at Dean’s Steak & Seafood, and I truly appreciate how professionally everything was handled.
We originally booked the Globe Igloo experience, but when we arrived they had some delay and it wasn’t warm as expected. The manager immediately stepped in, handled the situation with such kindness and professionalism, and moved us inside to make sure we were comfortable. On top of that, they generously took the bill on the house, which honestly meant a lot and showed how much they care about their guests.
The staff overall was wonderful, and our waitress was absolutely amazing—attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The food was incredibly good, from start to finish, and everything exceeded expectations.
What could have been a disappointing situation turned into a truly memorable evening because of the outstanding management, service, and hospitality. This is how great restaurants build loyal customers. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back.

When I first saw the breakfast menu, I was a little disappointed, but my experience completely changed once I stepped inside. The restaurant has a wonderfully cozy and comfortable atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease.
The food was truly excellent across the board. I was particularly surprised by the breakfast steak—I didn’t expect it to be so delicious! We also tried the eggs benedict and the yogurt; the quality of every dish was top-notch. Even the coffee stood out with great taste and a rich flavor profile.
What made our visit even better was the service. Owen took great care of us; he was incredibly attentive, professional, and friendly, making us feel very welcome throughout the meal.
I’m already looking forward to returning to San Antonio so I can try their dinner menu. Highly recommended!

So we came here to san antonio and decided to stay at the hotel this restaurant is located in. We are just simple country folks and decided to come out to the city life to celebrate my spouses birthday weekend. When we walked in just t-shirt and blue jeans I felt under dressed but I tell you what. This place has an amazing atmosphere about it. The waiters treated us like we were important city folks. Explained everything. Jordan was our main waiter and he was very helpful and awesome kept our glasses full and gave great recommendations. Hunter was our second waiter and he was great as well and had great recommendations. The food was absolutely amazing. We had a crab cake to start and some gentleman bought me and my spouse an adult beverage a piece. We went with the deans steak and the classic steak with king crab. It was so good. The old fashion I had was awesome to. Everything from the moment we stepped in to the time we left is amazing. I definitely will be back.

I had a wonderful experience here recently. The restaurant is in great shape and has a fantastic atmosphere that makes for a perfect meal. The avocado toast was absolutely delicious—definitely a must-order!
A special shout-out to our waiter, Owen. He was incredibly professional and kind throughout our visit. A huge plus is that he is bilingual in English and Mandarin, which made communication seamless and the service even more personalized. Highly recommend asking for him!

What a wonderful fine dining experience overall. While our server on December 12, 2025 wasn’t the warmest, we simply chalked it up to her personality . Regardless, I do appreciate the service she provided .
The steak was cooked exactly to my expectations in terms of doneness, though I did wish it had a bit more flavor and seasoning. I noticed more char than I anticipated. That said, everything else was truly top-notch.
From the ambience and seating to the quality of the food, the entire dining experience was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant and can’t wait to indulge again very soon!
Note: Due to ongoing downtown road construction and infrastructure upgrades, be prepared for possible delays and higher valet parking costs.

Wow what a lovely food experience. The crab cake was probably the best we have ever had hands down. The stone waygu small plate was savory and you must try it! Our steaks were great and our server Victoria was phenomenal. You must try this place. The bread pudding was delicious as well. Oh and it’s in a historic building downtown!

Went here with my dad for our last dinner in San Antonio. We were going to eat outside but the loud music from passing cars made us move inside. The dining room is very nice and upscale. We were warmly greeted by the hostess and wait staff. Be prepared to easily spend 100 pp but it is worth it. We had a nice brunello and my dad had the Ceasar salad and I had the Wedge salad. The Wedge was topped with most delicious piece of bacon! Don’t miss the warm bread and salted butter. We split the 22 oz. Ribeye which was great with the cognac peppercorn sauce and sautéed mushrooms. The server twisted our arms and suggested the bread pudding which was absolutely delicious. Our server was very helpful with our selections and gave prompt service. I would definitely recommend and would return when I return to San Antonio.
