My husband and I visited this location at 11:20 pm (they close at 1 am) and boy was this a mistake!!! We went to the drive thru because we were told that it was drive thru only. While ordering the young man seemed annoyed. He asked if we wanted fries or tots not giving us onion rings as an option which was what we wanted. When asked for onion rings he sighed and began snapping questions at us. When we get to the window, we waited several minutes for our food. Mind you we were the only people in line. So they weren’t busy. (There were only two people working). We got our food and decide to park and eat. My burger was barely warm and the onion rings were cold, burnt, crumbling and extremely hard!!!! My husband’s food was equally as terrible. $31.41 down the drain Then we watched as someone else pulled into the park and eat and one of the young men took a bag of food and a drink to it (I thought the park and eat was closed?) Anyway, I called this morning to speak with a manager but have been unable able to reach anyone (the phone just rings). So if you’re looking for awful service and inedible food, by all means visit this location!!! But if you’re not into wasting your time and money avoid this place at all cost. What an epic fail!!! I won’t be visiting this location again.

Enjoy going on Fridays when the car meet is happening. There’s something for everyone, and It’s nice talking to all the car enthusiasts, sonic smasher burger, and ocean water is the best combo. Food always tastes great.

You know spending your hard-earned money is such a nice luxury. This is now the second time and it’s not busy, and I’m receiving ice. When I ask for the flavor I paid for, I get a lost expression. I just want the masses to let me know if this looks like a blackberry mango slush. The little purple on top was the pump after mentioning blackberry was added.
This is just ANNOYING!

Every time I pick up food from this Sonic, it’s cold and soggy. I usually ask at the intercom for them to make it fresh so I’m not eating food that’s been sitting out, but this time the manager came out to my car with a super aggressive attitude. He told me this was the last time he was going to make my food fresh and that they make the order as soon as it’s placed. He argued with me for several minutes about it, acting like I was being unreasonable for wanting my food hot when I pick it up.
For context, I arrived at 6:32 and my scheduled pickup time was 6:30. Even if my order was placed earlier, they should be timing it so that it’s still hot and fresh when I get there. Isn’t that the whole point of scheduling a pickup time? His reasoning didn’t make sense at all, if I was to place an order at 6:30 for a pickup at 8:00, by his logic he would just make the food right then and let it sit around for two hours until I arrive. That’s honestly ridiculous.
On top of the terrible attitude, the food quality is awful. My tots and chicken were dripping with oil, and everything just tasted stale. This location also no longer has skates or the button to push for service, which completely takes away from the Sonic carhop vibe that makes them unique in the first place. Now it just feels like any other fast food place but with worse service and cold food.
Overall, this was a terrible experience. The manager was rude and unprofessional, the food was disgusting, and the service was extremely disappointing. If you do decide to eat here, I highly recommend asking for your food fresh at the intercom, but just be prepared to be treated like an inconvenience for wanting your food hot. I won’t be coming back to this location.

Sonic has gone downhill on quality for years now. It’s sad because “back in my day” is not the way I’d like to start this review but honestly, I miss the quality. This sonic is not unlike the other sonic chains you know. If you have been to one in the past decade it’s that same here too. The service is the only thing sonic is good at so I gave it 2 stars on that merrit alone

i called today about my doordash order and asked for cheese for my pretzel cause everytime i order from other ones they forget it, the girl answering was sweet and i ended up getting my cheese and extra cheese. thank you so much ! made a pregnant lady very happy

They are claiming that these bags are same size! They didn’t give me my sandwiches, and when I raised the issue, Manager Francesco was extremely rude and dismissive. He didn’t take responsibility or even offer an apology for the mistake with my order. Very disappointing experience.

Ordered dinner for the family, got home and my burger had no bun. Mind you my drive there and back home took 40 min they gave me $11 of my $11.09 burger back. I asked for my burger to be remade and a refund of my full order ($38.62) for the inconvenience since I ordered my food at 8:05pm and it is now 8:55p. The manger sent to poor kid who took my order out with my $11 refund because he messed the order up. Terrible customer service. A burger and full refund isn’t to much to ask for. So no dinner, not even a full refund on a bunless burger and gas wasted. I’ll never visit this location again.

Update 6/15: still the best, food looks great. Smasher’s seem to slide around in the box. At least this one did.

I just ordered a footlong and the cashier put her thumb on it and squished it, when I asked her to fix it, she took all of the chili off and put tons of cheese instead. What a waste of my time and money. The footlong was terrible and she didn’t apologize for any of it and didn’t say thank you either instead was rude and dismissive.
