First time experiencing Prohibition Dunedin & it was impressive!!! Our server, Emma greeted us upon entry and was great in helping with menu suggestions! Also consistently checking up on us to make sure we were doing well on our visit. The entire restaurant had a cool vibe, nice atmosphere, especially with the Christmas decorations throughout the restaurant. Food was excellent in flavor, served hot and generous portions!!! Definitely looking forward to visiting again to try more items from their menu in addition to one of their desserts which all looked amazing!!! Kudos to the kitchen staff for doing an excellent job with the food & the servers that were very nice and efficient!!!

This place is right on the main avenue in Dunedin. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They have a baked goods counter with great desserts in the showcase on display. They have a great bar too. The menu offers something for everyone. The portions are generous and reasonably priced. The food is fresh, hot and very tasty. My server, Josh G. was friendly, polite, helpful and very knowledgeable of the menu choices. He offered an explanation of the various sauces they have and suggested a sauce that would be great for my French fries. He brought my beverage right away and checked on me often. The food came to my table promptly and it was piping hot. The food was prepared correctly and it was very delicious. I suggest you try the Rosemary Fries, they are really good. My favorite was the Sliced Brisket. It is hard to find any throughout the county, much less cooked correctly! I enjoyed my lunch a great deal. I highly recommend that you come here and bring a group, you will happy if you do. Hopefully you will enjoy it enough to write Google review like I did!

I remember when they opened before covid. I waited 6 years to try them… what i got for a meal and service was horrendous… I dont even think a free meal would get me to go back. We got seated at a booth/table. Asked for 2 mimosas and waters. Came right out. Awesome. Then waited to order food. 15/20 mins go by. Finally came back to get the food order. 25/35mins past. Either lost the food ticket or gave our food to a different table no one knows. After all waiting this is the meal I received. Thanks but no thanks.. cold plate. Asked for gouda grits ad a side. I get a gross orange and a super undercooked omelet.. It was sunday 2/1/2026. 3rd table infront of the bar. Half booth half seats. Thanks owner. Never been to whiskey cartel. I have the receipts. Either way. My experience was horrible. *customer

My boyfriend and I went in tonight for an early dinner and was completely surprised by the quality and quantity of food. I thought About stopping in many other times but never have. This is our new favorite place. Our server Emma was nothing short of perfection. She was cordial, easy to talk to and on the ball from beginning to end. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Ww can’t wait to come back for Thanksgiving dinner.

Holy guacamole, this place is delicious! Our server, Emma, gave us FANTASTIC recommendations We had the brisket skillet and 1/2 Rack and the servingd were huge and every thing was so fresh. Highly recommended! We will be back, for sure!

I had the biscuits and sausage gravy. I’m very picky about my biscuits and sausage gravy and this was excellent. Some of the best gravy I’ve had. The biscuits were very good as well.
One suggestion I’d make is to open the biscuits up, so now you have 4 half biscuits, instead of leaving the biscuits whole and putting the gravy over two large, intact biscuits. Granted, the biscuits are pretty big, so you might need a bigger plate.
Service was excellent, and we bought some cookies and pie on the way out the door.
