I was just out for a drive with no destination in mind. I came around the corner, saw The Loop & deceided to stop in.
Great family enviornment. Staff was friendly & helpful. The lobby was clean, the tables were clean, the bathroom was clean. They take clenliness seriously here, the fountain drink area was also spotless.
I got the meat market pizza 8in, flavors were fantastic! I sat down & had a beer while I was waiting for my pizza. I’m sure i’ll be back, but maybe one of the other locations closer to home.

They have a cozy outdoor area for dining. I was surprised by the menu. I thought they served hamburgers and such but, to my delight the menu was Mexican. The prices were a little high for one taco. However, the staff was friendly and gave excellent service which made for a nice evening.

Ordered through DoorDash and the food itself was good. I was disappointed that the creamy French onion soup was more bread and cheese than actual soup. It only a quarter of the way soup and the rest on top. The shakes were good, I wish there was slightly more milkshake. But that could be a packaging thing with DoorDash. I’d be willing to try again now that I know how close it is to my house vs doordashing it.

We love the food. If you go after 8, they start packing up and get rid of the tea before closing so get your refills early. Can you warm it up a bit? It’s always 12degrees. Wear a sweater!

This one is a great location. The restaurant is maybe the nicest in Jacksonville. It looks modern, different to other locations in town that are showing their age. The food is spot on. In a nice day you can sit outside, which is a plus. Highly recommended…!

Really loved the vibe here! We visited for the first time yesterday, around 6pm on a Friday. We seemed to get there before the dinner rush as there was no one in front of us. Ordered at the counter and our buzzer went off after sitting down for about 10 minutes. We sat outside in the patio area and it was nice. Not pictured is the loop cheeseburger but was told it was good. I had the salmon sandwich and it was good but the salmon lacked flavor and seasoning. I did enjoy the dill tartar sauce that came with it though. Might need to try it Cajun style next time. Pepperoni pizza was delicious. Can’t remember the other pizza type but was told it was good too.

The quality here is so inconsistent. When they get it right, it’s really good. When they get it wrong, like last night, it’s not so good. I ordered a burger well done ( the receipt even said that) to go. Got home and saw it was very pink throughout. My pinsa pizza was over cooked to the point of being too hard to eat the crust. I really wish they could be more consistent with the quality

Parking can be tough in this area however it is worth it. The food was ready quickly and was delicious. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. We were instructed to leave our dishes and they would clear them. A great experience for a quick meal.

This has been one of the worst dining experiences at The Loop seems like it is going down in the quality of food. Today my Bleu Cheese Chips had hair in them, they replaced them with a cold order with very little Bleu Cheese Crumb. The Walnut Gorgonzola Salad required tomatoes add because there were no visible tomatoes. The strawberry shake was very little shake and mostly whip cream. Best to order the shake without the whipped cream. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

The parking lot was packed so I was expecting there to be a long wait. Upon entering we did notice a smoky/burnt smell that wasn’t too appealing. To my surprise we were able to walk up to the counter and order without a wait. Our buzzer went off quickly to let us know our food was ready. They were very busy but kept things moving. My husband enjoyed his cheeseburger and fries. I liked the blue cheese on my grilled chicken sandwich but found the sandwich to just be okay. The chicken tortilla soup was recommended by the girl taking our order, and was very good!
Glad they’re finally open! I personally liked the decor and there were plenty of places to sit! They also offered Bold City Killer Whale and Dukes on draft along with shock top.
