I just went through the drive-thru and ordered two simple Crunchy Taco Supreme meals, thinking I was in for a treat. Got home, and guess what? My order was messed up! Where’s the beef? Little to no beef. Where’s the supreme part? None of the tacos had sour cream. My 10-year-old daughter and I are disappointed and #Hangry

My family loves Taco Bell! We just moved to this area and have been to this TB probably 3x and everytime it was less than satisfactory. First time everything was stale tasting, the chalupas, potatoes and the soda was flat. Went again a couple weeks later and they were out of Mountain Dew and Rootbeer. The final time we went, the Chalupas were stale again and the soda was lacking CO2. One thing we love about TB is the ratio of carbonation and syrup always seems to be perfect for a crisp refreshing drink but not here. This location needs some serious quality control.

Maybe this is their idea of a new way to package food? Build your own taco? Not very sure but I do know my Cinnabon Delights were mixed in with my beef (at the bottom of the bag) Not very delightful when I’m mixing them with meat & cheese… I don’t think I needed any paper wraps if my food was just going to be thrown in the bag At least my taco shell was still in 1 piece, I do appreciate that! If I could rate a 0, I would but I have to settle for 1 star. Called the store 2 times, no answer Does it make it better if there was only 1 other car in line behind me?? Must’ve been super busy to throw my food in the bag like that!

4 times i have been here throughout the months, different times throughout the day, 2 of which we’re mobile orders, all 4 times ive had to wait 10-20 minutes for my food, even on the mobile order. And everytime ive been given zero sauce even though I asked for/ordered it

Pulled up and ordered at 10:38, no wait line. Had us pull around to the front where there were 5 other cars waiting then proceeded to sit for the next 20 minutes before they brought the food out. I guess they had us pull through so it would make their wait times look better than they are. The food wasn’t hot it was lukewarm.

Absolute garbage quality food. Ordered multiple chalupa supremes for over $7 a pop, almost nothing inside of them filling wise. Absolutely unacceptable. Nobody from the restaurant even cares. This has been an ongoing issue before. Don’t waste your money going here. See for yourselves. Practically a scam.

Ordered the gordita box and 12 hard shell tacos. Got home to realize that there was no gordita crunch and this is what every single taco was like. I understand to not expect too much from fast food, but when the prices are this high for this quality, they should be ashamed.

The food was good. However, we tried using the kiosk to order and could not find the item we wanted except in a combo. The restaurant was empty and very few cars in the drive-through. As we searched for the item, the drive-through person came to the counter and looked around. Finally, we went to the counter and waited while an order was passed at the window. Then, four people from the back all walked towards the counter. I asked if we could order at the counter and was told to use the kiosk. I told them what item we could not find, and I was told it is on there and to go look. I asked, “Can’t you take my order?” One of the four then took our order. To top that off, the order came out incorrectly and had to be corrected. I understand how to use a kiosk and usually do use it when ordering. However, since the four employees were not swamped, the simple thing would have been to just take the order.

Really sad experience, and I’m not the one to complain like this, but it’s been getting worse and worse every time, Was supposed to be a steak Quesarito, with nacho cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, rice and steak. And only got rice and steak, dry and not pleasant at all, put lettuce on our steak quesadillas, called and they seemed to not care, they said I had to take it up with door dash even tho it was way clearly their fault for this and they hung up fast.

Do I love Taco Bell, yes! Second day in a row stopping for lunch, but a different Taco Bell.
