The food is really delicious, and every dish has a very distinctive, rustic flavor. I will definitely visit again next time.

First time at Fu Niu Tang Noodle Talk and I definitely got a bit of sticker shock when I first saw the menu. Most entrées run close to $30, with fish dishes mostly above $40. Luckily, the noodle soups are much more affordable at about $16 each, so we went with the Beef Stew Noodle Soup and the Hot & Sour Lamb Roll Noodle Soup, plus one order of 辣子鸡 (deep-fried chicken with peppers and peanuts).

The noodle soups were both solid. The beef stew had very tender meat, while the lamb soup had a noticeable lamb flavor that might be a little strong for some. As for the deep fried chicken, the portion felt a bit small for the price, and I really wish the peanuts are more crunchy. Regular spicy was just perfect for our family.

Overall, the noodle soups are definitely the best value here, but the other dishes might leave you wondering if the price matches the portion

This is hands down the best Chinese food I’ve had in a long time! The Sour Soup with Beef was flavorful and perfectly balanced, the Claypot Chicken was tender and rich in taste, and the Tofu dish was comforting and delicious. Every dish felt authentically Chinese and reminded me of home. It’s truly a place that caters well to Chinese taste buds. The portions were generous, the presentation was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for authentic Chinese cuisine, this spot is a must-try. Highly recommended for a satisfying dining experience!

My daughter and I had a really good lunch.
Food was excellent.
Unfortunately, we started eating when our first dish came out, only to forget to take pictures of our other dishes.
Flavor make your taste tastebuds got into high gear.
We will be back and try other dishes soon.

Really good food. When I saw it had 3.5 stars I felt it had to be pretty good. When we went every table was full. I really liked their pork belly noodle, the soup was super flavorful and the meat was yummy. But ultimately my favorite dish was the classic tomato egg and scallion pancake. I know you can make tomato egg easily but it’s just so good. Egg is fluffy and I think they probably add sugar/ketchup because it’s a bit sweeter. Scallion pancake is perfectly light and crispy. I went here for the first time and liked it so much I literally went again the next day haha. They also give free peanuts which is a plus.

This restaurant has been around for about 10 years, initially opening as one of the first Hunan rice noodle shops in the area. They remodeled a few years ago and expanded their menu to include more Hunan cuisine alongside their rice noodles.

My rating focuses on the rice noodles. Unfortunately, the Hunan rice noodles here lack flavor, mainly due to the tasteless soup. The ratio of rice noodles to soup is off, with the bowl being too small to hold an adequate amount of soup. This makes the dish too dry for something that’s supposed to be soup-based. I used to frequent this place and enjoyed it, but with many better options available now, I only come here for its convenient location.

The 3 shrimp + 3 squid skewers were pretty good, but the highlight seems to always be their fish–its super soft and well seasoned, whether it’s the 酸菜鱼 (pickled veggies + fish) or the 椒盐鱼片 (fried fish fillet, not pictured below) Would not recommend the preserved egg with tofu as it was wayyy too salty. The restaurant itself has very nice decor and is located in a busy parking lot albeit with lots of spaces.

Great restaurant and very authentic food! Very good atmosphere and customer service❤️ I absolutely love the deep fried chicken with peppers and peanuts! If you want to try out authentic Chinese food, this is your go to (and it is not as spicy as it seems to be)! The deep fried bun dipped in condensed milk has been my all time favorite since a child. Strongly recommend trying it! I am excited to try out the noodles when I visit next time.

I brought my Friends who are come from L.A. to try the spicy food in Bayarea. They said that’s better than Los Angeles some of the HuNan restaurant.

I’ve been here for 3/4years already , I love theirs rice noodle so much . The rice noodle super chewy.

We ordered the Steamed whole Seabass with green peppers . Even it’s not a fresh fish , it still taste super good , especially eat with the green peppers . And highly recommend the steam rice stirred with Chinese sausages , it’s so favor with the deep fried onions and garlic.

The important thing is that price ! How valuable for 4ppl only $160 ( before tips) everyone is so full enough!

Recommend who likes spicy food just come to try you will stuck here thou .
