Fausta manager is very welcoming, fast in filling &, detail-oriented oriented when it comes to taking and serving orders.
Door dash orders are ready to go when I arrive(thank goodness) and I have for me personally Not one complaint if she’s running the place. Ive had now multiple services with her that were five star. Reccomended jack in the box in the city and my food is always hot. don’t you hate when you get cold food that you know has been out, not this place;-)

Brings back a lot of memories as the Jack in the boxes on the east coast where we are from has lost most of its Jack in the box locations.
The fried tacos is something I ll never forget.
As far as fast good goes, its pretty good, I like their burgers, not dry and decently portioned, the tomato and lettuce is not brown and seems pretty fresh.

I usually come by for lunch and the food is good. Just dont bother ever ordering anything special they are advertising they never have it or give you the wrong thing. Your better off ordering from the regular menu.

I went to the drive-through on two separate occasions and ordered the exact same thing: the number 1b with cheese, large with regular fries. My order came out to $10.43. When I came back to the same drive-through and ordered the exact same combo meal, it came out to $12 and some change. When I pointed this out to the same guy who took my order last time, his reply was, “Well, it’s coming out to this total now. Are you going to pay because there are other customers behind you?” I said no thanks, maybe it’s a sign: I should just stick to my healthy diet, NO MORE FAST-FOOD!! Thanks Jack’s

Since the first time I walked in I was treated with kindness and respect. These commodities are rare these days indeed. Evelyn , on this occasion was very kind and cordial and friendly. Her positive attitude is infectious and a breath of fresh air. I will come back and see if it is a continuous process or a one time thing. Thank you for a wonderful experience dining at jacks house. So I went back and made a surprise visit and again was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. Manager was very polite and friendly, Zaferr is his name. As soon as I walked in it seemed as if the entire city decided to enjoy Jack in Box this morning. The entire crew handled the situation very calmly and professionally. I was truly impressed. Keep up the great costumer service it does make a difference in people’s lives. God bless

Evertime try to come here between 3 and 5am they say they cant take orders and it’ll be a 30 min wait change your hours if your not open 24 hours. Liars.

That Jack burger wasn’t the best. It wasn’t the worst either, but I had better, including but not limited to a restaurant in Camarillo, CA… That was a nice burger (I am going to include a picture here)
