I had the pleasure of experiencing the worst online order pickup I’ve ever had, and that says a lot.
I arrived at the store, politely told the employee that I was there to pick up my online order, and even showed my phone with my name and order number on the screen. Unfortunately, before I could finish my sentence, I was rudely interrupted and completely ignored. The employee responded with a dismissive expression and said, “I don’t know what I am looking at.”
Since my phone seemed to be too distracting for her to process spoken words, I put it away so she could “focus” on what I was saying. She then asked for my name. My name is uncommon, so unsurprisingly, she could not recognize it by pronunciation alone, which is exactly why I showed the order on my phone in the first place.
As expected, she could not find the order by name. I then had to take my phone out again and show her the order. Only then did she finally hand me my food, with a look of pure disdain, as if I had not already paid.
I strongly suggest this store provide basic training on listening to customers until they finish speaking and on showing basic respect to other human beings. One would also assume that employees at Chipotle should be familiar with what an online order page looks like.
I have never experienced such a humiliating and unpleasant pickup experience. Picking up food should not feel like I am inconveniencing someone simply by existing.

Being a vegetarian options are limited but the bowl, burrito, chips quality make up for it. Being in a prime neighborhood, it is easily accessible with a Chipotle signboard facing the Cornell road making it easy to find. Have always found a table for dine-in tand is hygienic. Service is quick and efficient. Nothing extraordinary, just like other Chipotle chains just that, the location is safe, well lit and always humming with activity. Good for a family dine-in.

It’s been a while since I’ve stopped in to any Chipotle. Gotta say, for the price I was very impressed.
First interaction with the employee behind the counter was awful. Not sure if it was a bad day for her or if she really just doesn’t want to be there.

There was an error on my order and Elle handled it so quickly and with a smile. I will be back to dine at this location as mistakes happen and how they correct the mistake speaks volumes. Great job Elle and team for being awesome and making our experience great!

Absolutely worst service and most poorly run restaurant operation I’ve ever witnessed. Always under staffed, often runs out of food, and when they screw up and forget item you ordered, refuses to correct and refund your money. They tell you to call 1800 number. Chipotle Corp should be ashamed. This is where you would send people to witness how NOT to run a restaurant.

Pretty terrible place. I thought I was going to get food poisoning, and the place was really dirty with garbage bags, carpet, and food all over the seats and places. Look at the photos. I’m surprised people come in here!!! The service was really fast since there was no line and I can see why. Get new management or change this to something else for the community. We dont need another dirty McDonald’s in the. Neighborhood

The place looks okay , new tables and such , not the cleanest, tho .. needs someone to be looking at the tables and clean them after the adults that don’t take their garbage to the trash . Lol, a 4 for that. As far people should be cleaner too , food was good but looked like rushing into a battlefield, not sure if that explained it .but was not looking so great . Service was fine , she was responsive and smiling ..

The employees are not as friendly as they could be. They seem stressed out, and it makes me stressed out, which I shouldn’t be experiencing as a customer.. they also really skimp on the meat. They act like they’re doing you a huge favor if you ask for salsa or the cup for your soda that they forgot to give you.

I usually place pickup orders and have learned to come 10-15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, but even then, my food is often not ready. Today, there were six employees on shift, yet orders were still backed up even though it wasn’t peak hours. How does that happen?
On top of that, pickup orders are wildly inconsistent. Some days the portions are reasonable, but other days you practically have to beg for a normal amount food.
