This Starbucks is truly special—the staff greet you with such energy and warmth, even from the early morning hours. I’ve lived locally for the last three years and I’ve gone to the Starbucks probably at least 100 times for the sake that it is less than a mile from my house. It’s super convenient besides the fact that it doesn’t have a drive up, but I really love the area and the fact that it’s right near Coachman Park. I love Starbucks and their drinks, but this Starbucks specifically always gets my drink wrong. This is supposed to be an Iced Gingerbread Chai line the cup with caramel in a Venti cup. There’s no caramel, there’s no pumpkin spice topping, and there’s no cold foam. The one on Gulf Bay always makes it perfect every time. This is just one instance, but it’s happened 1 million times before. I understand that they were under a strike for not being paid adequately but I feel like sometimes some of the Barista’s don’t care about the quality.

Went today to pick up a order that I placed and the store was closed. If your not open turn off online ordering and all 3rd party delivery. This location to be honest is the worst location to come to. Orders never ready always a long wait. By the way this paper on the window means absolutely 0. Try stating exactly why your closed.

Doesn’t have a drive through. Google info is wrong. It says confirmed by phone call recently but I suppose they are confirming hours for the store and neglecting to ask about the hours listed for the fictitious drive thru. I really didn’t want to go too badly since I honor strikes but have had money on their app for way too long. App says no drive thru. Should’ve looked there.

They just flat out forgot to make my cup of coffee, just a drip coffee. I asked again just to see the then made cup sat on the back counter for several minutes before anyone followed up. Waited some more knowing my coffee was there just sitting.

this would be now the seventh time they either mess it up or forget something in my drink how do you forget the cold foam when that’s the first thing listed I have no idea but it’s quite frustrating when this has not been the first time this has happened and of course it was Halloween and the line was ridiculous which I understand is out of your control however my order not being right for now the seventh time is beyond irritating it ain’t like yall cheap either I only have a 15 min break to go and get my coffee so I expect it to be right I let the first few times slide because I myself understand mistakes happen but for it to continue to happen is so damn stupid and irritating

Not open due to being on strike. Starbucks should take better care of their hard working employees and at least update their app and website that they’re closed!. Placed a mobile order and Starbucks took my money even though they are closed. I’m sure corp knows.

Terrible customer service, and terrible management! One day, I ordered something on the app and I customized it requesting my drink not to be blended and they made it blended. I’m the one that’s paying for my drink. I should have my drink made properly the way I request it through the app even if it is customized, I had proof on my app. I requested it to be made that way.
Also, I was physically assaulted while a family grabbed my coat with their hands without asking me and told me they were gonna take my table because it had more chairs instead of nicely asking me if it would be OK if we switched tables which, if they did ask me first, and asked me nicely, thanI would’ve gladly said yes , But they didn’t do that. They just took my coat and angrily moved it to another table complaining to me about how they should’ve had my table because they were a family, but I was there first Before they came into the café and when there weren’t that many people.
I asked them nicely to stop doing that and told them that they needed to ask me if they wanted to just touch my coat without my permission. And then they reported me to the manager, and the manager had seen the whole thing happen, and she just decided to stand me from going to that Starbucks, even though I was discriminated by these people treated differently For not being a family.
I also had my name changed and I have a name changed paperwork so I put it on the ap, But the staff members want to complain and say that I’m lying. Have an exchange paperwork and my family also same thing. I reported this to Starbucks and I reported this as a I hate crime to the FBI. Ever since they didn’t make my drink correctly, the girl that was making it got paranoid and told them something different and the manager has been treating me differently ever since along with other people and families that go to this location. You also have the right to go by any name you want in the Starbucks app that’s not against the law. These people also favor people of a certain political party in a certain sexual orientation. Including with their hiring practices too. I remember when I applied for a job here they would not hire me. I got a job at Dunkin’ lot faster.
