We switched to STK last minute as we received a $100 off coupon from a nearby hotel. There were plenty of tables available on a Sunday night in March. We waited for about 5 minutes after checked-in. Our server led us to a table by the window. The view to the falls was excellent. We ordered a tuna tartare, a prime rib steak and a spinalis steak with peppercorn crust. The tuna tartare was just okay and the tuna wasn’t very fresh. The prime rib was cooked right to medium rare. It was tender. However, it seemed it was just a piece of steak warmed up. It wasn’t warm enough for me. It wasn’t too bad so I didn’t send it back. The spinalis was pretty good but not sure I want to pay extra for the peppercorn crust next time. For dessert, we ordered a carrot cake and it was good. The service was excellent. I’d expect more for the price they are charging. My bill was over $300 before applying the coupon.

I went last night for my birthday dinner. me and my husband had an amazing experience! it was a wednesday night so not too busy, we got an amazing seat with views of the falls. our server Sofia was so sweet and attentive, and you could tell she loves her job because she had really great recommendations for us to try (if she could recommend the whole menu I think she would haha). lobster linguine was one of the best things i’ve ever had in my life! my husband loved his burger too. it was cooked all the way through but still really juicy and flavorful. the peach please cocktail was delicious too! whole experience was 10/10. even the valet was complimentary! We will definitely be back. thanks for making my birthday a memorable one.

What an amazing place! I would say this is the best of the best, IMO!
It all started from the time we pulled in, the valet parking crew was so helpful, we parked our own car, free parking on site, the guys had us in the parking lot very quickly and indoor parking garage on site. Elevators right there, on and boom, floor 9 at the restaurant!! JUST LIKE THAT!!!!
Amazing service, Paul was amazing, provided recommendations for food and beverage and his advice was well received and used, and his suggestions did not disappoint! Food, out of this world, so delicious!
There was even a live DJ, DJ Dion was so good, the sound system in that location was so good, and the choice of music was great, had us loving the music all during the evening while at the restaurant, what a great vibe!!!!
The view, being up 9 floors, and overlooking the Niagara Falls, what a spectacular way to dine!
Surf n Turf, Cesar salad, mushrooms and steak and lobster, wow! and the Oreo Cheesecake, yes, I said Oreo Cheesecake, DELISH!!!
After dinner coffee’s, affogato with a shot of Baileys (espresso with a scoop of vanilla ice cream), yum!
Cant wait to go back!!!!!

The food was very memorable – extremely wonderful meats and food. Family style was the best way to go to try a bit of everything. The view was also amazing and breathtaking- seeing the falls from a close angle. You need to take an elevator to get to this spot and sometimes can take a while. There are a lot of seats and also private room settings available. Service was attentive and friendly here. Would recommend this spot.

The Ribeye was rich and perfectly marbled, exactly how a premium steak should be.
The Truffle Frisée was fresh and well balanced, and the Tuna Tartar was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented.
Even the Calamari was crispy, light, and not greasy at all done just right.
We had a Falls view table, and the atmosphere was next level. Watching Niagara Falls while enjoying top quality steak makes the whole experience unforgettable.
Service was professional, attentive, and friendly without being overwhelming. Staff made sure everything was perfect.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a premium steakhouse experience in Niagara.

Food was good, but not amazing. I had the burger, it was very messy to eat but good, but not $65 good! We started with the onion ring tower, which was again, good, but it was a tad greasy. Atmosphere was amazing and service was good. I couldn’t go back just because I couldn’t justify the price but a nice and pleasant experience overall.

Food, both presentation and flavor was spactular. I ordered the short ribs and Carly ordered the beer battered fish. Both dinners were excellent. Have always wanted to try STK in Toronto, but happened to be in Niagara so we went to stk niaraga instead for the first time.
The food was way overpriced for what it is..we ordered Ceviche, filet (10 oz), asparagus, and apple crumble.
Ceviche had absolute no taste. It was so blah..
The filet, we ordered medium rare but it came too overcooked and so they remade it- second round was better. The meat itself was alright, nothing really special and not worth $130. 10 oz seems very small as well.
The asparagus was just bad. So dried and overcooked.
The service was alright and the view was pretty good – but honestly, it was much better when it was KEG with better food and same view!
Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t go back either. With that price, you have much better options out there!

What a wonderful time celebrating my birthday! The food was worth the price! I had the short ribs, my husband had the Wagyu burger, we added the Mac & cheese to share & we had plenty of everything left over! We asked for a table by the window & the hostess happily obliged. We were here in November so the restaurant was too busy. Our server Bella was very accommodating. Service was outstanding! We will definitely be dining here again when we visit Niagara Falls again!

Had dinner here to enjoy the sunset and requested a window table the restaurant kindly arranged it for us.
I ordered the filet steak surf and turf, and it was perfectly cooked.
Most importantly, our server Sam was amazing ,very lovely and friendly. He made our experience even better.
Overall, it was such a great dining experience, great food, great view of Niagara Falls. Highly recommend!
