OKAY SO FIRST OF ALL THEY DOING EVERYTHING BAD ON PURPOSE I WAS I THE DRIVE THRU AND WHILE ORDERING I CLEARLY ASKED FOR MILD SAUCE AND THEY GAVE ME LITERALLY ONLY FIRE AND HOT AND ALSO MY CINNAMON TWIST DIDN’T BARELY HAVE NO SUGAR AND THEY DIDN’T EVEN HAVE ANY DRINKS AND GAVE ME WATER WITH LITERALLY NO DISCOUNT WHATSOEVER AND THIS DANG EMPLOYEE ACTING LIKE IM HIS FRIEND SAYING “aight bet.” Okay anyway this is my review oh yeah i got the 5$ box btw

The manager was very friendly and patient with my teen daughter order. We don’t eat Taco Bell often so she needed time to read the menu and the team was very patient. The food was fresh and the tacos looked like somebody cared about their job performance. This Taco Bell delivered great service and food.

THEY LIKE TO MESS UP FOOD ON PURPOSE! The first time I went to the location some black guy with locks gave me my correct order then he came back laughing and gave me an new bag (every thing in the new bag was messed up) the second time I ordered and 5 dollars value pack and all my tacos we’re replaced with onions beans and hot sauce nothing else. This is not fair to the consumers whom spend their hard owned money on this place

I haven’t had Taco Bell in a couple of years. I was expecting the worse as far as food and service. However, my expectations was exceeding for both. And I love the fact they added more vegetarian options on the menu because the black bean chulapa was good. And the employees were pleasant.

Visited this location on 5/10/25 @11:35pm. The worst ever experience in Taco Bell’s history. The nightshift is lacks comprehensive skills when taking orders. Continuously screwed up our order twice then when we doubled back they basically gave us someone else’s order AGAIN! To make matters worse, on the 3rd time of is waiting, they served us bullcrap. Refused to give us our receipt or their names. Both male workers (one with dreads and glasses) and the other is a cook both should be fired immediately.

The crunchy taco shells here are soggy every single time. I honestly can’t understand . It’s almost as if every restaurant manager on the south side of Atlanta is totally incompetent.
