First time I’ve tried in this location and first time I had this chain in 6+ years. It’s a much better experience with the food since I was not impressed with the taste back then.

I’m not one to write reviews but today’s visit had me really disappointed.
We’ve visited 2 locations in Jacksonville and both were really good, but we’d usually come to the one in town center as it’s closer.
We always come back for burgerfi’s chicken sandwich, ingredients always taste fresh and we never had an issue until today.
I will admit it’s been a few months since we last ate here so we came here with an expectation and to satisfy a craving.
During our visit, my chicken sandwich was served as 2 tenders in a bun with lettuce and honey mustard. We thought we got the wrong order, my husband came back and said they changed their chicken sandwich from a crispy chicken patty to 2 tenders and they didn’t have tomatoes or pickles on a Saturday evening.
And yes many burger spots use tenders for their chicken sandwiches but we didn’t go to those places for a reason, we wanted the sandwich they always had, it’s a completely different texture with tenders. If we would’ve known we would’ve just went somewhere else ♀️
It also doesn’t help that their tenders are under-seasoned, taste too bland, you get some tender bites and some dry bites of chicken and some of the breading tasted stale or was soggy. The food wasn’t sitting at all, we dined in and started eating as soon as we got it so I was just confused why the texture was so different with each bite. Even with the sauce it just wasn’t flavorful. And this isn’t a cheap spot to eat at.
Without the tomato and pickles the whole sandwich was dry, not to mention cheese is only added with an up charge.
I understand that places can run out of things, I worked in fast food. I’m just upset that we weren’t notified before ordering. I checked prices for this same location on the website before leaving and it didn’t mention any changes on the menu or that they were out of any ingredients.
Again if we would’ve known, we’d just go somewhere else to eat.
Paid almost $50 for 2 sandwiches, 3 tenders, some fries and a drink just to be disappointed. Could’ve spent less somewhere else and be satisfied.

Came in today with my husband, he had never been to burger fi, and it had been 5 years since the last time I had eaten at one. I remember it being good. Not sure if it’s just this location, or if they’ve all gone this down hill, but my god what a waste of $40 on absolute slop.
Yeah that’s right, $40 for 2 combo meals. Not only is it over priced, it’s absolutely disgusting.
Our fries came out EXTREMELY burnt, so did the other couples who were dining at the same time as us, they sent theirs back and we did the same.
We were brought slightly less burnt fries, that were undercooked and over salted.
I got a veggie burger, it was dry. I asked for no tomato, it came with tomato, I asked for mayo, mustard, and ketchup, got no condiments on it. I substituted my cheese for pepper jack, it wasn’t even melted.
My husband said his burger was mediocre, nothing special.
This place should be ashamed of the food they serve.
If you know the fries are burnt, don’t send them out. And as someone who has worked in the food service industry for many years, even back of house, it’s really NOT that hard to follow instructions. “No (blank), Add (Blank)”.

Really? $6.99 for French Fries?? There are no other restaurants that charge $6.99 for French Fries. What’s makes yours so special? For that price, there should be unlimited refills. How do you justify your price?
Ridiculous!!!!! Oh, the young lady who served me said she was a supervisor and needed permission from their general manager. She supposedly got on the phone with the general manager, and she was told not to replace the french fries by the general manager. The young lady, who is the Supervisor also said that she would eat all of those french fries if she had ordered them. She saw nothing wrong with them. Your customer service skills are lacking.

I love this spot! The food is always good and consistent! The people working also are always so kind and accommodating. Tonight I dined there and there were two men working, they brought out my food to where I was sitting and noticed I had a dog with me. They offered my dog water. It was really nice to see them go the extra mile, and it’s hard to find a good dog friendly spot. Also, I always get a veggie burger (which I feel like is hard to find!) and it’s really great from here. My go to spot these days!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Ordered food to go around 8 PM and I picked it up and got home and it was oily, soggy, the patty looks like it was sitting there for 30 minutes and everything was so bad that I had threw everything away. The night crew was just fooling around and there was nobody in the store, so there was no reason why my food should be bad. I can’t believe the quality of food that I picked up from this restaurant chain, the quality just gotten so bad and I would rather make burgers at home. I’ve had better burgers at Shake Shake and McDonald’s. What a shame, management needs to step up here. I demand a refund. I also called and left a voicemail to the store.

I have been to this location several times now, and have had great experiences each time.
The food was delicious & the portions were good.
Regarding customer service, Kamari is the best! He’s positive, upbeat & very friendly. He even made a recommendation about trying the strawberry custard shake, which I never would’ve tried if he hadn’t mentioned it. Now it’s my favorite shake there. He should be running the location (if he isn’t already).
I will DEFINITELY be returning to this location again & again. See you guys soon!
