Just had a very nice interaction with an employee with blue(ish) hair in the drive thru (didn’t catch her name, my apologies) who was so professional and great to talk to while I waited for my food. It’s midnight and she was attentive and caring. Thank you for great service!

Definitely very rude employees at this location at night. There was a white girl in the drive-thru who asked back for my drink and she threw it away, when I asked why she took gave me a mean look and closed the window, after 2 minutes she apologized and said it was her fault. (Never found out what the issue was or why she took my drink). Today I went again and there was a tall dark guy with dreads, who gave me & my husband a stank face when we had mentioned he had forgot our drink, he got mad and starting doing a drink then rudely gave the drink and slammed the window.

This my 1st time rating McDonald’s. The jalapeño quarter pounder was disappointing. I took a photo of how not good looking inside. It was tasteless. No flavor what so ever. The frozen Fanta drink tasted great. Fries where good. Now the reason I gave a 5 even though the burger was not up to par. The chicken nuggets where actually good. I have not had chicken nuggets taste this good since the 80s. All of 2000 it tasted like rubber. But this actually made me think of the 80s. Recommend. I like when I went through drive through they asked if I was doing an mobile order. I was like yes I have. Was not much of a wait compared to some places I been too.

Just horrible it’s officially not been 25 minutes in the drive-through waiting for my food. I ran in to find out it was just sitting there and they were actually going to hand it to me after it had been sitting there and of course I’m making them redo it so hot. Rating on last visit made today 3/2022. I have never heard of paying for a meal and not getting ketchup. 2 large fries, a shake, and coke for 3 people and only 5 ketchup…. You can do better McDonalds. Everyone in a car should be happy with their meal. We are your customers. You failed to fill my mobile order correctly. You failed in all today.

I had placed an order using their app. Our quarter pounders came completely raw with solid pink inside and cold. After eating half of the burger, my fiance and I became very ill with food poisoning. We are very disappointed in our food order and will most certainly not be coming back to this location.

I don’t typically write reviews but this time I felt the need to. I ordered a quarter pounder at the drive thru and took it home. I took a bite and noticed the texture was off. I immediately spit it out and looked at my burger and was horrified. I have NEVER received a RAW burger before from this location. I’m absolutely disgusted. This was a result of careless behavior and could have given me food poisoning had I not checked. Complete waste of my time and money.

I really like this McDonald’s. The employees are kind. My order is correct every time and the food is fresh because another McDonald’s down the street in Crest Hill gives me stale biscuits and tortillas. They have cute little events for children… Here are the upcoming events.
