Messed up two of my mobile app orders in less than two months.
Today I Ordered a DOUBLE big cheesy Bacon Burger (with no bun), but only received a single patty. Ordered on the app, to go. Bag comes with a sticker sealing it, and it is annoying to always have to open to inspect my food. Today I just assumed it was correct and took it back to work with me. I was really annoyed when I opened my order back at the office to find that I did not receive what I paid for.
Less than two months ago, I ordered extra cheese sauce that I paid like an extra $2 for, and did not receive that.
Again, when you get your food to go, you don’t always think to check inside of it the order needs to be accurate for quick grab and go, since no one wants to return to the restaurant and give up more of their lunch break because their order is messed up.

The ½ chicken were okay but the mac and cheese should not be runny. What kind of cooks they have back there serving mac and cheese thats soupy. And the lima beans were nasty as well. I would not recommend those 2 items if you must eat from here.

This Arby’s location is one of the best I have experienced. The customer service Team was professional and polite. The Rotisserie Chicken was seasoned and cooked perfectly, I highly recommend this Arby’s location. They must have a professional next level Chef hidden somewhere in the kitchen.

The young guy upfront with brown hair has absolutely no clue what’s going on. Just ignored when walked in. I did a mobile order tonight and how they mix up mozzarella sticks and potato wedges is beyond me. They also gave me a handful of horsey sauce in the wrong order. Someone is obviously playing in the kitchen.

This is one of the nicest Arby’s that I’ve ever been to.
The menu is much more diverse than normal, the tables and restrooms are clean, and they actually have napkins and Arby Sauce available on every table.

What part of “No Lettuce, No Tomato, No Red Onion, and No Gyro Sauce” do you not understand…on a mobile order. Did you even read it? Also, my wife’s Sweet BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich didn’t even have BBQ. Ridiculous.

My husband and I went here on a Friday afternoon and we were greeted by the cashier named Velvet. During the time she was taking our order she spoke to another employee named Jay and was complaining how much of a horrible day she was having. She told Jay, they were short handed and the ones who were there did not do their job very well.
I don’t go out to eat to spend my hard earned money on an over priced place to listen to the employees complain about their job and how much they hate it.
You might want to speak to velvet and make sure she wants keep working there.

There’s something special about this Arby’s! The customer service is always super awesome and the food is always delicious and hot. The cleanliness of the restaurant is a plus. I love coming to this Arby’s whenever I’m in the area. The 2 for $6 special is always a great deal!
