We did Manao Thai through delivery and had a solid meal. I really enjoyed the quality of the beef and broccoli dish, and the wonton appetizers were awesome. I do think every dish could have had way more spice – I didn’t see an option to kick up the heat when ordering which was a disappointment. Prices were high when doing delivery but that’s true for everywhere in Seattle.

Located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood just east of downtown Seattle, Manao Thai Street Eats is a decent Thai food option; friendly service; quality spices & ingredients; casual vibe; indoor/outdoor seating; limited parallel street parking; support your local small businesses & restaurants.

Khao Soi was very flavorful, though it seemed inauthentic to real Thai “street food”. The Gai Grab Gang Dang was interesting, though skewed unusually sweet.

This is my favorite Thai place in Capitol Hill! I always get the BBQ pork with egg noodle soup. It’s so light and clean, especially on a rainy day. Their Pad Thai and Pad See Ew are also really good, super authentic. And their chili oil? So good! I could put it on everything!

Manao Thai Street Eats truly impressed me with its hip and vibrant atmosphere. The variety of menu choices was excellent, catering to different tastes and preferences. The quick and friendly service added to the overall positive experience.
While the portion sizes were average, the taste of the dishes was undeniably excellent. Each bite was a burst of authentic Thai flavors that left me craving more. I’m already looking forward to my next visit, as Manao Thai Street Eats has definitely earned a spot on my list of favorite places to dine. If you’re seeking a delightful culinary adventure in a trendy setting, this is a must-try spot that won’t disappoint.

Food is good, but the five stars are for the lady who took my order to go. She was so nice and friendly and smiley even when it was super busy and chaotic. She deserves a shout out! I went there on 3/2, 7:00 pm.

Manao is our go-to takeout spot. The food (pad see ew and pad thai usually) has great flavor and the portions are huge, definitely enough for leftovers, which makes it a good value as well. It is typically ready ahead of the suggested pick-up time and the service is friendly. Definitely worth keeping in the rotation!

Fresh full of flavor, nice portions. I like that they have a spice condiment area. They have a color page and crayons for kids which is nice. My Son does like fern tho more, down the street for his taste preferences and service. We do have to put our own dishes in a dish rack station which is ok too. Green mint sauce for the fresh rolls is nice too fresh and full of flavor!

I got the papaya salad with shrimp and pandan sticky rice. The salad was alright, but it eventually started tasting like one note—mostly just a uniform crunch without much flavor variation. As for the pandan sticky rice, I was pretty disappointed. I couldn’t really taste any pandan at all; it just came across as plain sticky rice. I think the other food options on the menu are probably better. It’s a decent place for quick meals.

I would give this a 4.5 stars if possible. I did takeout and tried a few different things. Overall the flavors did not pack a punch as I expected from my Thai food takeout. A little lack luster I must say specially considering it’s a street good place. Spring rolls were the best among others I tasted. Crispy chicken was kinda sad and soggy. Green curry tasted good but was almost soupy consistency. Nothing to remember.
