This place has the best Birria Tacos in town. We tried out a few places but we always come back here. Nobody does it like Los Tapatio’s in Salt Lake . Tacos are so good and well seasoned. People are friendly every time we order. Definitely stop by and try you some Birria Tacos you won’t be disappointed:)

Food was just ok. The order arrived quickly via DoorDash. I bought two Birria tacos, and Birria Ramen. There was too much Ramen in the soup. So I scooped a lot out. I spent about $20 and added a $5 tip.

I’ve been coming to Los Tapatios Taco Grill for a while, and I’ve noticed that lately the food portions and overall quality feel like they’ve gone down a bit compared to when they first opened. On another note, I really want to give a big thanks to Valeria. she did a phenomenal job! Her attention, attitude, and the way she served us were excellent. She really made the experience better.

This is a little taco place that looked like it might be pretty good… Kind of authentic and all that. We had mixed results. I had three birria and cheese tacos with consome and he had el platillo–birria with rice and beans and some tortillas.
It was pretty empty but it took half an hour to get our food. I think there was just one guy in the back working. Maybe there were a lot of take outs that we weren’t seeing. Who knows.
But when the food came the platillo was cold. Flavorful and authentic but cold. The tacos were good–double wrapped and the cheese was nicely grilled inside–and very hot. It’s just meat and cheese. There is a salsa bar that offers picked onions, chopped fresh onions, chopped cilantro, lime wedges, and two kinds of salsa (both pretty hot, no mild options). Loved the pickled onions!
The inside of the place is a little rough. They could do with some decorations. Put napkins, salt, pepper, etc on the table. Spruce it up. I wondered if they’re newly started. If so, it has potential because the birria was very good.
Just a little rough around the edges.

It took over 30min for our food to be ready. And then when we started eating, our food was cold. The meat tasted like it was warmed up from yesterday but overcooked because they constantly reheated it through the day. I was excited to eat here because of all the reviews but was highly disappointed

One of our favorite taco spots. Meat is well seasoned and full of flavor. Can get a little busy but not a big deal. Love their mulitas!

Went here with my kids for a Mexican fix. We had Birria tacos and Asada. It had all the flavours and really hit the spot . They have a condiments bar so you help yourself to the Cilantro, Onions and sauces. The green sauce is a little spicy but man, seriously tasty. Would be in here a lot more if we were local

Grabbed lunch with my coworkers because they said this place was amazing. They weren’t kidding! I ordered 2 tacos and the consumme, and immediately wished I had ordered 3 after my first bite. The toppings bar had everything and our order to go was done quickly. Nice ladies run the place. We will be back for sure!

The first and last time I’ll be at this place. I paid $50 for just 6 tacos and a ramen. The menu said the birria taco + ramen was $15, so I ordered two, which would have been over $40, fine. But they only gave me 6 tacos and a ramen, which I thought was quite expensive and awful. Plus, when I asked the cashier for the receipt, she refused to show it to me. She just showed me a different order that I didn’t order and acted like she didn’t know anything. The place was filthy, too. I don’t think it’s worth it. DON’T GO!!
