Went in and ordered.
Food is dry as a bone. The girl had an attitude to start with like she didn’t want to be there. I have worked in restaurants before I get it but I never treated my customers rudely. Then I get home have not ate ALL day and ready to sit down and eat and this is what I get? This has got to be a joke right? Nope not a joke not even a drink to wash this dry food down ! $20 meal. Wasted! All I got was classic chicken and broccoli pasta comes with one bread stick and that’s it for $20. I’m so upset right now I just wanted a good meal after a long day.

This place has come a long way.. used to be so-so.. like if you had nowhere else to go. Now its 1 of our go to spots.. Menu is better, service is great, and the food.. you just gonna have to go to your friendly Applebee’s and find out! Loving the change.. keep up the good work!

The food is maybe good but they need to hire more waiters. They ruined my beautiful Sunday. Just only one man had to serve a lot tables. And I saw 2 girls free but did not help. She was sitting there and enjoyed her drink.

There were 15 people in the whole restaurant. We had a party of 6. 2 Kids chicken came in 25min. The rest came out 20 minutes later. The food seemed like it had been warmed up. Expected our food to be hot and fresh considering how long we waited. The manager offered to make everything over really fast and that it would only take a few minutes. When asked why that didnt happen to start with she proceeded to say her kitchen staff were not as experienced as her. (So help your staff). Friendly waitress. Poor food quality and service.

Never had an experience like we had tonight.The food 7 of us ordered at the same time.They couldn’t bring it out at the same time.They brought it out cold hour and fifteen minutes before we got food the first plate never seen this place. They delivered one drink to a time and it’s like, okay, what happened to bringing everything out at once. You got 7 people there bring all 7 drinks out on a tray, couldn’t do that. People were getting done their meal before other people’s even got their meal. You know what, I don’t care if they say that there is no employees, and they’re all new within a month and a 1/2 you ought to be ashamed of yourself. It’s all I can say they lost my business .

I would give 0 stars if i could. we ordered online – curbside and waited 30 minutes outside after calling the store that we had arrived. he went inside and waited and additional 30 minutes for the food. i received a confirmation email that the food was ready and we waited for an hour just to get it. we were so frustrated we just went home instead of causing issues and the food was ice cold. i mean it was horrible. they gave us bottom of the barrel chips and hardly any sauce. by far the worst experience possible

Never been so disappointed in my entire life. My family & I went there on New Year’s Eve. I have never experienced this type of bad service in my entire life. It took forever to get our drinks. Then when we got our food we didn’t get all at once. It was only a couple plates at a time. Mine & my husband’s steaks were over cooked, my broccoli was black on the bottom, they gave us our salads in to go containers, my brothers in laws chicken parmigian barely any sauce on it, my onion soup had a hamburger bun in it instead of the usual bread they put in it, & my daughter’s chicken alfredo was so dry. There were other issues, but it is just too much to complain about.

Has to be the slowest and lousiest service in the food industry. Only 6 tables seated and 3 at the bar and yet, getting a server to your table is nearly impossible.
When the food comes out that we waited over an hour for, it was completely wrong.

I picked up food for someone else. It smelled really good. Not sure that I would eat there because it looks nasty. Definitely overdue for a renovation. The carpet was all stained up, cobwebs in the corners, counters were not clean, ventilation has mold spores on vent covers…I would hate to see what the kitchen looks like. Sorry, but this is my opinion!
