I stopped by this Carl’s Jr. recently, and while the food was fine, the atmosphere inside definitely needs attention. There were a few individuals lingering around the entrance, and when I walked in, one person was actually standing on top of the seating area trying to reach a high wall outlet to charge a device. There was already another phone plugged in up near the ceiling, which was unusual and made the environment feel unsafe and unmonitored.
It seemed like the staff didn’t feel comfortable addressing the situation, and it created a pretty unsettling dining experience. Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend parking and going inside at this location. The drive-thru is the better option.
Hopefully management can improve the safety and cleanliness inside, because it has potential to be a much better stop.

Not sure who’s the manager on shift but this is pretty crazy ordered guacamole and original sauce on my Diablo burger ypu guys said you put the sauce on the side which is understandable but to give me these quantities , I don’t think that’s a dollar nineteen worth of guac highly disappointed.Clearly enough room for sauce.

I’ve been coming here for 3 yrs and still they serve the best fast food along with great customer service. If your a regular customer like myself they treat you just like family. I give this place 5 stars ! The manager is always there to listen to the customers and does a great job fulling our needs. Oh yeah and the young gentleman during morning hours works hard to make sure we are pleased with the service.

Had brunch this morning with my family at this location on 9/12/2025. The staff was amazing and friendly. The food was delicious and the restaurant was overall clean. We have 5 kids and they were all satisfied. There were plenty of options for everyone. The chicken club sandwich was 10/10 and so was the big Carl. The kids chose the chicken stars and chicken tenders with the waffle fries. The food was delicious and their new frozen lemonade was very tasty! Definitely recommend and will be back. Thanks for your awesome service!

I recently tried the new burger at Carl’s Jr called “El Diablo.” I must say it’s one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The lady who served me on Thursday morning was extraordinarily polite and respectful, which made my experience all the more enjoyable. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

By far the cleanest fast food restaurant in az. They have a new team that seems to work hard on cleaning and taking care of customers. Food was great and affordable. Though I wish their cali burger was bigger. Plenty of parking and well lit. Several entrances and drive thru. Great service and glad they got their team that will make this a better place to eat. Highly recommended.

Well, I gave this location the benefit of the doubt and I took a gamble and wasted $15.20 for lunch at this location. Mind you, I’ve lived 4 streets away from this store for the past 3 years and have avoided the location due to the bad reviews. Today I decided, “Aww, it can’t be that bad”, WRONG! I ordered the Double Wester Burger Combo in medium size. When asked if I wanted Medium or Large, thank goodness I chose Medium, I didn’t need a large box of old,cold,soggy fries! The burger? I don’t think “HOT” is in the language used to make anything here. The 1 1/2 onion rings on my burger were old a hard as croutons! I removed them and was left with a lukewarm bacon double cheeseburger with BBQ sauce! I was never told a total after placing my order at the drive thru menu board. I pull up to the window and was never given a total, just had my card in hand and the person running the window grabbed the debit card reader and I tapped the screen and that was it. No receipt given and when handed my food, she just says “Here ya go.” Mind you, this was at 12:40 pm on 5/27, you would think during prime time in the lunch hour my odds should’ve been in my favor in getting fresh, hot food! Never again! Checked my bag for a receipt, nope, nothing there either. For the record, the person was a portly Hispanic lady working this day. Come on Carl’s Jr., DO BETTER!!!

Digital Disturbances
Who ever is in charge here, give Richard a raise/promotion, I came in yesterday and the man was running the front counter, the drive through at the same time. He took my order and in the same breath helped 2 online pick-up orders. Even delivered my food that was To-Go to the seat I had been waiting in. It would be just a regular Carl’s Jr without that mad lad, cheers!
