I don’t know why employees at this restaurant are mad at me for ordering, but I asked for ketchup. I didn’t get a response. I got a laundry basket of ketchup, slammed on the counter with a walk away and no words. They made my order to eat in the restaurant I said hey this is to go. He said yup grabbed a bag slammed my food in the bag and walked away. I’m sorry you hate your job but stop taking it out on me. Any kind of polite gesture would have helped but the fact that I got nothing is crazy the fries they gave me are ridiculous. That’s a large???? I also didn’t get a straw like are we for real?!?!? I also ask for no mayo, there was no mayo on the receipt and I got mayo.

Crew was nice and cheerful, however my order was way over cooked or flash fried to reheat.
Asked for no tomato on husbands burger of course still loaded with tomatoes. I know it’s bad weather I work fast food myself and don’t want waste, but I promise reheating is not the way to go. We would rather wait for fresh then a quick disgusting product…:

NO FRESH FOOD!!! Every time I come to this location I’m very disappointed. I’ll go months at a time without coming here in hopes the food gets better but I cannot for the life of me get fresh food. The cheese is so old it’s rock hard and disgusting. It’s every time I come. I wish I could give no stars. Please do better!

February 19, 2026 at 10pm I ordered two medium shakes. Each shake was completely the wrong flavor. I dont know how you put in mint when I say cookies and cream? The other shake was rootbeer freeze and I received some kind of vanilla and strawberry with ice cubes? I was the only car in line and it took close to 10mins from order to receive my order. This is the second time I’ve tried to order shakes from this location and will never go back. My wife and I are giving up.

Went back later trying to give them a chance at redemption by ordering a simple chocolate malt. I got a chocolate shake.
Managed to mess up my order twice in one day.
Would not recommend and I won’t go back. Worst experience I have had at Braum’s to date.

It was a pleasure visiting this restaurant chain and location! The store was very well organized, clean, and I was greeted and thanked upon walking in the door from the minute I left. The employees were upbeat, friendly and attentive all around. Specifically Anita was a dedicated worker who worked efficiently, with a keen attention to detail. She was extremely personable, informative, and kind. I would recommend this store to anyone in the area!

Arrived at 10:40 this evening for some last minute ice cream, only to be told by a hateful employee they closed at 10:40 tonight instead of their normal closing time of 10:45.. when my husband asked why they would close at 10:40 when it’s 10:45 every other night he was met with “well the kitchen has already been shut down” my husband said “I’m just getting strawberry ice cream not food” the employee then said we are out of strawberry—it’s clear the employee did not want to offer us service as it was close to closing time.. I understand that last minute orders before close is kind of a bummer but get over it. The restaurant closes at 10:45. Offer service until 10:45. That is horrible business and management. Shame on this location. Andy’s is open until 11:30pm and will gladly serve you! We will taking that route moving forward 🙂

Braums is always great. I saw a shootout on best fast food hamburger in the USA. There was all this back and forth hype fighting over In-N-Out vs Whataburger and finally someone chimed in for all these people to find themselves a Braums before they seal the deal on a champion.
So they did, and they had never had Braums before.
Not only was it an overwhelmingly unanimous decision based on the burger flavor, ingredients, crunch of the lettuce, pickles and onion that you don’t get elsewhere when talking fast food, but the price was better as well.
I can’t say enough about Braums other than my phone doesn’t know Braums by now either so it always autocorrect it to “Brains” so I just leave it, telling everyone I just had Brains for dinner!
The line on any given night at our local Braums is all the way out of the parking lot and stays that way until close. The staff does a fantastic job of moving everyone thru and getting the orders spot on correct. #respect #Braums #Brains
