I had a fun night with my son.
We cane to watch the Thursday night game, and it was a blast.
Place was packed, so we sat in the bar, and server was on top of everything.
We ordered chips and salsa to start, and the he ordered the crispy chicken tenders and they were amazing.
I wasn’t that hungry so I ordered some sample player and actually was really good.
The vibe of this bar was great, so he will be back soon.

Leann was fantastic! She was super attentive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly. The food was fresh, hot, and perfectly crispy — really delicious. Overall, a great experience thanks to her excellent service. Highly recommend!

There was no wait on a Wed night at 730. Sat in bar area, server was attentive and friendly. He even brought the kids meal ahead of our food for an antsy toddler. Our meals were tasty.

I stopped in on Thursday and couldn’t help but notice how fantastic the entire team was. From the moment I walked in, the hosts were welcoming and friendly. As I looked around the dining room, every server I saw had a smile on their face and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Even the managers were out on the floor, greeting guests and supporting the team with the same positive energy.
It was refreshing to see a restaurant where everyone from hosts to servers to managers was working with such great attitudes and hospitality. Really impressive to witness. I’ll definitely be back.

First I want to say that the service was amazing. It has been a long time since Chili’s had great service. Evelyn was pleasant at attentive and smiled. Yes, I said she was smiling. I watched her physically run to get people taking care of! As far as the food I ordered the boneless wings were lukewarm, not crispy at all I can tell they been sitting, so not a very good taste. I feel like if you get boneless wings they should be crispy especially for fried food and I ordered the chipotle bowl and it was OK. The grilled chicken was a little dry. The rice was lukewarm nothing was just really hot, so the food experience not the greatest, but the service was amazing. EVELYN AMAZING JOB! Great breath of fresh air!!!!

This Chili’s location is amazing! On a busy Saturday 12-6-25 the ladies at the front door and the rest of the wait staff got me and my family as well as the patrons in front of us seated very quickly, appetizers came quickly, and food arrived quickly; was hot and delicious. Renee was our waiter and he was very friendly and attentive. Thanks to the entire staff!

I’m beyond disappointed with my experience at Chili’s tonight, and honestly, zero stars wouldn’t even begin to cover how upset I am. The manager on duty, Chris, should be ashamed of his behavior. Around 8:30 pm on 11/13, my husband and I were seated at a table next to two young women. These women were not only carded by the server, but the manager personally double-checked their IDs, claiming it was “policy”—a policy that’s never been enforced in my many visits.
Chris went so far as to accuse one of the women of having a fake ID—not once, but twice—and in a condescending tone. The woman offered to call the authorities to verify her ID, but instead of handling the situation professionally, Chris accused her of being intoxicated and refused to serve her. These women did the only thing they could in this situation—they left.
What happened tonight was not only disgraceful and disrespectful, but outright humiliating for the two women involved. I was furious watching this unfold, not just because of the unfair treatment, but because the manager clearly lacked the training and professionalism to resolve the situation. I have over 10 years of experience in customer service, and I can tell you that Chili’s corporate would be appalled by what took place here.
Despite having an otherwise fine dinner, my husband and I will never return. I cannot support a business with such a lack of integrity and poor management. Chili’s needs to seriously reconsider who they trust to manage their establishments.

Went to dinner on a Saturday. Packed. Service was expected to be slow but surprisingly very attentive to our drink, appetizer and dinner choices. Also the food was good and plentiful as we took home leftovers.
