Service is fast and efficient. Staff over all from Vallet to each check in desk … coat check were warm and welcoming. Atmosphere was nice just music was a little high hard to hear during meal only thing in main dining area. Food was delicious!! Lamb oso bucco is a must over risotto. The Surf and turf was chefs kiss!! Calamari and shrimp cocktail tasted so fresh and portions matched its appearance… perfection! Definitely recommended

Ok, so usually I have always enjoyed going to Bottagra. I used to go for Christmas Eve, when I lived near by. It’s been awhile since I was there. So when my Mom came to town. I wanted to show her how they really go all out now for the Christmas season. It was a Sunday she literally just arrived in town from the airport. We didn’t have reservations. But I did hear the bar was open to sit & chill. So we walked in & asked if there was availability to sit & eat. And the hostess was a bit rude & said we needed a reservation. Yet, the place wasn’t filled. Ok, So instead we decided to go to the bar had drinks. Of which I knew, is now something we could do. Asked could we at least order at the bar, even if it’s just appetizers, again No. As we sat there, I noticed tables not occupied. Found it odd, that they didn’t say we could be served at a table. The whole time there, there were some tables open, in more than one section. Disappointing. But if it wasn’t for the awesome Bartender we would of had drinks & left to go eat somewhere else. He made sure we had something to pick at least nothing crazy some cheese & olives. For someone like me, who’s worked in the past in the restaurant industry & still in the entertainment industry. As a manager I would always offer to seat 2 people if there was availability, providing the kitchen wasn’t closing. Even to offer appetizers, if busy. But that’s me. Needless to say this was my first ever disappointment there. Otherwise, I have always been very very pleased there. So hats off to the Bartender for at least being kind enough to make us feel valued. Sometimes a small gesture can make a world of difference. Still, Mom would of loved to have had a real meal there.

We chose this restaurant because of the Christmas decorations and had seen posts about it on social media. Food, drinks and atmosphere was very good, and family friendly. The staff was also very nice. The food took a little long to come out (waited about an hour!), but other than that, it was a lovely evening. They have coat check and valet parking.

Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Drinks while on the expensive end were very good. The calamari was great. My veal saltimbocca was excellent. The shrimp scampi was good. Only drawback was the flounder. Did not taste good and had a fishy smell. Otherwise would be 5 stars

Went here for a holiday party, never been here before- the place is huge and has multiple rooms, each room decorated so cute for Christmas! Unfortunately the food was average at best and the service was poor, every employee we interacted with seemed annoyed by our presence- even when we were trying to make small talk with them, they wouldn’t even crack a smile. I asked one employee where the restroom was and he basically rolled his eyes at me for asking.
Bottom line- cute decor, but considering the other factors I wouldn’t come back.

We chose to have dinner here on a recommendation. Wow! The restaurant was still decorated beautifully for Christmas. Service was friendly & attentive! The BEST sangria! I had the split pea soup (haven’t had in years) so very good & a generous portion! Berkshire pork chop so flavorful & cooked to perfection. Allergy friendly too! Can not wait to go back with the hubby! Only negative, the acoustics were very loud.

Visited couple of times with friends, and had a great time. Both the visits were themed events, and the music and vibe was awesome. Cocktails were good during both visits, but Food was not so great the second time. Service was good and quick, considering how packed they were both times. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I had dinner here last night and had an incredible meal. From the moment we walked in to the minute we walked out everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The ambiance is beautiful and the food is to die for. This is the perfect date night spot. We will definitely be back!
