They mess up my food twice in a row. Yesterday and today. Yesterday I order a snack wrap with extra cheese. They didn’t give me extra cheese. I also ask for mayonnaise in the bag. Today I bought a quarter pounder with bacon. Where is my bacon? It’s not the first time. Service is always slow. They never hand out receipts. I always let it slide but im sick and tired of it.

I have to be honest: the drive-thru service is really slow, especially at night. However, I understand they’re short-staffed and often have only one person working. That said, the evening shift manager is excellent—very kind, attentive, and always striving to provide the best service. I’ve interacted with her several times, and she always has a great attitude. That’s why I’m giving it 4 stars. It’s not entirely their fault for the delay. Plus, they have a play area, which is a nice bonus.

Absolutely unacceptable service. Both lanes were clearly marked as open, yet no one was taking orders in lane #2. Cars were sitting there waiting while employees completely ignored that lane, creating unnecessary delays and frustration. To make it worse, the only person actually taking orders seemed to have a terrible attitude. Instead of being helpful or apologetic, she was rude, dismissive, and acted like customers were an inconvenience. If you’re short-staffed, then close the lane. If it’s open, do your job. This whole experience came off as lazy, poorly managed, and unprofessional. Basic customer service is not that hard, but apparently it’s too much to ask here. I won’t be back anytime soon.

I placed a mobile order at 715am. I waited for my food until 733 before someone acknowledged me to tell me they didn’t have my food. They don’t acknowledge customers at desk. An elderly couple ordered a meal deal buy one sandwich get one for a dollar They only got one sandwich.

Horrible management. Second time they got my order wrong. First time came in and told them that I hadn’t received all my food. The manager acted as if we were some dogs and gave us old cheeseburger. Hope that lady looses her job. Disgusting

I’ve driven by this McDonald’s location many times I’ve used the drive through window but never entered the restaurant but this time I was hungry, tire and ready to sitdown and enjoy a tasty McDonald’s burger.
Surprisingly this place looks very welcoming the colors and the furniture arrangements looks pleasantly appealing to the eye.
The service was very good, very quick, smiles everywhere the food was as good as it gets from a McDonald’s perspective. Will stop again hoping to have another enjoyable meal and great coffe.

This McDonald’s has great food service, great atmosphere, and a great play place! The food was fresh and my chicken sandwich was hot, freshly made, and brought directly to my table. The staff is super friendly and came to the table to make sure everything was okay. The creamy chili sauce for the nuggets… Amazing! Really nice clean play place. And honestly, great, classic rock music to sit and listen to while the grandkids play (think Elton John and Paul Simon). I’m really enjoying this visit to McDonald’s . Only giving four stars on atmosphere because we can’t refill our own beverages. BUT they say they will gladly refill for Overall,very pleased. Nice job Bealeton McDs!

Stopped on my half hour lunch break. Ice cream machine wasn’t working like always. I ordered a 2 cheeseburger combo and was asked to pull ahead. The old, we will bring it out to you deal. We’ll after 20 min I had to go inside and thank them for waisting my half hour lunch break. They had forgotten to bring my order out to me.
