This was by worst the worst experience I had with a Dunkin Donuts. I love Dunkin, this is the closest one to my house so now i will have to find another one or make my food at home. Before getting on the highway for work I ordered $5 deal (med coffee, wrap & hashbrowns) I ordered an egg and cheese wake up wrap because I don’t eat meat. I start eating and realized it tasted funny, then threw up. It was bacon on my sandwich. I’ve been sick at work all day. When calling I was offered a new order and refund. Now the man on the other end of the phone was extremely apologetic but a new order? Bro you almost killed me. Why would I eat from here again? We have to do better at customer service people, and I’ll Do better with trusting that my order is correct. The order number on cup and bag doesn’t match smh

Expectant mother here, and while my little one hasn’t come into the world, yet. What I witnessed in the bathroom was just as frustrating for me as it was for this other mom. She had to wash her poor baby in the sink. Why? Because they don’t have a proper station in there. My partner said there wasn’t one in the men’s either. Staff didn’t seem to care when I said something to them about it. If you have little ones, go elsewhere.

Overpriced. Portions are tiny. Iced coffee is terrible and not stirred properly. Only reason why it is not one star is their strawberry daydream refresher which is good. Its a shame Dunkin used to be good.

They scammed me and made me pay for two orders and then made me think I got a discount when I never ordered the stuff that was on the receipt. I said I never got this stuff and they said OK. OK that’s your order. I ordered two coffees and three French cruelers in my receipt said I got a bacon egg and cheese in a six dollar meal deal when I never ordered that they wouldn’t give me my money back so I had to avoid it at the bank. They also made me pay twice. don’t come here. All of the workers are scammers.

Food, service and cleanliness of dining room were good.
But, im not travelling alone, and the restrooms were not good. The Men’s room, neglected toilet and no paper. Apparently, my girlfriend commented after we left how awful condition of the restroom and no toilet paper.
Management need to tidy-up staffs’ responsibility for this.

i was in the drive thru line and they wouldnt hear me or my father and when we got to the window the woman working there refused me service, citing “im timed i cant i got a line you gotta go to the back” despite me saying we waited on the line and nobody responded to us even as we spoke very loud into the box. Her manager told us to enter the store. All the time we waited on the line and rejected us as customers is not how dunkin should treat us. This will be reviewed.

Obviously your typical Dunkin donuts. It does have a drive-thru though which can help some people who don’t like to go into public places. I can get a little bit slow at times at the drive-thru. Also, if you’re trying to make a left hand turn out of this place, that may take a little bit depending on the time of day because Green pond road is a four-lane road.

I have been to a lot of Dunkin Donuts in my day. Stay away from this one. Horrible service. I had to wait for 30 mins just for a few donuts and they would not have had any idea if I did not go and ask them where my order was. The ticket was laying around untouched and then says they are out of the donut I wanted. These people have no clue. What a waste of my time.

Hey guys, I’ve driven all over New Jersey and this Dunkin’ Donuts make the best hot latte. With a regular hot latte or decaf hot latte it is great. They are off exit 39 from interstate 80. Going westbound off the exit make a left. To exit Dunkin’ Donuts go towards the hotel and make it left to get back on the Interstate. Easy on easy off. It is worth a try. I warn you, you’re gonna get hooked.
