After work, my husband and I decided to stop by and order take out. We get home, set up TV, we start to eat. 2 bites in and to my surprise there’s a hair ball in my food.
Absolutely disgusting.
No It was not mine as I still had it tide up from work. And it was mixed in to the lettuce/sauce. I completely got grossed out.
My husband went back and showed them the food. They made an new one and gave use new fries.
That’s not the point though, I only go to this Mcds because its closer to home, but that will change ASAP.

Stopped at this location around 9:30pm on a Tuesday. I have to say this is the BEST Mcdonald’s we have in Harlingen. Not only was it fast but the food was hot and fresh. I went out of my way to stop at this one on my way home from work and it was well worth it! I love to see this because the other ones simply just don’t compare. Keep doing what you’re doing and Thank you!

Worse place ever .. I go in to order my kids and my self something to drink & for some disrespectful kids and manager to look at you and make fun of you ,, especially when your a plus size woman … do better people stop making fun of other especially a woman.. you don’t know what i go through to get discriminated .. act like adults

Ordered online with table service. The team member called my name and left the order on the counter and walked away. The dining area was empty and all of the teammates were playing around in the kitchen area. A couple customers walked up to the counter and a teammate asked if they were going to order and then said he would have to wait 5min and walked away. Teammate came back and said ,”you missed it we were bullying another teammate.” I’m guessing they were joking but unprofessional. At least they got my order right.

McDonald’s should close this franchise location. Lots of one star reviews with no owner/manager to at least respond to complaints. And please stop cheating us out of fries. Give us what we paid for. It’s not like the restaurant is gonna charge you for filling the fry containers correctly!

Terrible service: Young lady working front counter took 1 order and left the rest of the customers waiting for 10-15 minutes to take our order. Shift Manager saw us and just said to please wait. I ordered 15 minutes ahead of arriving and my food still wasn’t ready when I got there. I only ordered a mcdouble and mchicken. They weren’t even busy. So on top of 15 minutes, before i got there, I had to wait another 10-15 just for someone to ask me anything and my food still wasn’t ready. They’re too focused on drive thru and forget about their lobby. I used to be an employee and shift lead for McDonalds and this was the worst experience I’ve had at a Mcdonalds. Too many young teenagers who don’t care about customers or the food they prepare, not sure if it’s their work ethic or lack of training but something needs to change.
Terrible food. My food looked disgusting. Mcdouble had 1 pickle and 3 tiny bits of onion. It looked like they put the sauce on the burger and scraped it off. Buns were hard as rocks/stale. Mcchicken had an absurd amount of mayo and barely any lettuce.
Just sad.

The food I ordered there last night caused my two daughters with vomiting and I called to speak with the manager. He asked me if I was sure it was their food? Let’s see if he really does bring this up to the manager that was working last night and hopefully I hear from the corporate office.

McDonald’s wasn’t that good today! I bought a Mcrib and it wasn’t as it was years before. Pattie was almost dry, it only had 2 slices of pickles and somewhat of tiny tiny pieces of onions. It was a huge disappointment. I had to ask the manager to give me more Bar-B-Q sauce, more onions and pickles.
