I had a very unpleasant experience here on October 25, 2025, at approximately 5:45 PM, while picking up a DoorDash order.

When I arrived, I urgently needed to use the restroom, but the door was locked. I approached the counter and politely said hello to the blonde female employee who was leaning carelessly against the food counter. She didn’t acknowledge my greeting, instead she looked at her coworker as if she was annoyed I was talking to her. Her overall demeanor was completely unprofessional. She carried herself as if she didn’t care that customers were waiting, which created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment from the moment I walked in.

She asked if I was picking up, and I said yes, but I also mentioned that I really needed to use the bathroom quickly and I was trying to ask how to get into the bathroom. Before I could even finish my sentence, she kept cutting me off and repeatedly telling me to “confirm the order online.” There was absolutely no clarity in what she was saying. I wasn’t sure why she kept repeating that or what she meant. She wasn’t explaining whether she needed me to confirm the order before I could use the bathroom or anything else. It was confusing, unhelpful, and unnecessarily rude.

All I was trying to do was ask a simple question about whether the bathroom was locked, but she wouldn’t let me get a word in or provide any direction. She made no effort to listen or help and acted as if I was bothering her. Her tone and attitude were completely unprofessional which genuinely felt like she was looking down on me or treating me as if I was beneath her.

Only later did I realize that she probably wanted me to confirm the order so the restaurant’s time wouldn’t increase on DoorDash, which I completely understand. This is only my second time doing DoorDash so I didn’t realize this was a factor in me confirming the order before the bathroom.

However, a simple explanation would have gone a long way. Instead, her rude demeanor, lack of communication, and unwillingness to show basic courtesy made the entire interaction frustrating and unnecessary.

Regardless of whether I was there as a DoorDash driver or a regular customer, I still deserve the same level of respect and basic courtesy as anyone else. She didn’t even know for certain why I was there before treating me so dismissively, which makes her behavior even more unacceptable.

Eventually, she said she would unlock the bathroom for me after I confirmed the order. She pressed a button and said it should be open, but when I tried to go in, the door still didn’t work. When I went back to the counter, she asked if I didn’t go in, and I told her the door wasn’t working. By that point, I was already frustrated with how rude and dismissive she had been, so I just grabbed the order and left.

Everyone else in the store seemed polite, but her attitude stood out as completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Her coworker was kind and helped me confirm the order and told me she’d hold it for me until I came back from the bathroom.

No customer or delivery driver should ever be treated this way, especially after being polite and patient.

I hope this issue is taken seriously and properly addressed, as this kind of behavior reflects very poorly on Taco Bell and the level of customer service guests should expect.

The restaurant is dark with the lights turned off. Tables are messy and dirty, the floor is filthy, the entrance door is grimy, and the bathroom is in poor condition. There’s a clear lack of management.

The food takes too long… I love Taco Bell but !!

I have been a customer of Taco Bell for a while. I’ve been to this place and every time customer service is bad but this time it was the worst thing ever the manager Night Shift was super rude and disrespectful. The food is cold and disgusting and then I try to get a refund and they didn’t let me and I may try to make a complain and nothing. 1/1000000

Absolutely unacceptable experience. While placing our order at the speaker, the night shift employee started out speaking calmly in Spanish and sighing in every word she speaks but when we had trouble hearing and asked for clarification, she abruptly switched to English and yelled at us. This level of hostility was completely unnecessary we were only trying to make simple adjustments to our order.

When we arrived at the window and politely asked for sauces, she slammed the window shut in our faces without saying a single word. That behavior is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and shows a complete lack of respect for customers.

No employee who treats paying customers this way should be allowed to continue representing this business. At minimum, she should be disciplined immediately, and frankly, if this is how she behaves with others, she should be fired.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and it reflects very poorly on management for allowing such conduct.

This has been an ongoing problem for Taco Bell and needs to be addressed ASAP.. wrapping getting stuck under beefy tacos. ordered 12 and all but one was not broken at the bottom. Got sanwiches.

While placing our order at the speaker, the nightshift employee was speaking calmly in Spanish, but when we had difficulty hearing her, she abruptly switched to English and raised her voice at us. The escalation was completely unnecessary, as we were only trying to clarify and make a few modifications to our order. When we arrived at the window and politely asked for sauces, she slammed the window shut without a word. This level of rudeness and lack of professionalism is unacceptable and left a very negative impression. Kindly take your attitude elsewhere.

I walked in. I placed my order on the kiosk. I sat down for 15 to 20 minutes and then walk up to the counter. Ask if my order is ready. They said they didn’t even receive it. Mind you I paid for this already. At the same time there’s like an upper management meeting happening inside of the store with all these people that are in charge of Taco Bell and I can’t even get good service while they are here. Yeah renovations are nice but if I can’t get my food who cares.
