I visited this diner based on recommendations but apart from the traditional diner concept I wouldn’t recommend. I had the ham and cheese omelet with gluten free toast. The portion size was good, the wait staff was pleasant but the omelette was pretty bland. I also didn’t enjoy their style of home fries. I left a 3 star because my daughter and uncle both enjoyed their meals.

Hometown feel! The servers are friendly, helpful and efficient. The food is delicious and you cannot beat their morning special from Mon -Friday! Two people can have a full breakfast for under $16.00! With the prices, food, and atmosphere, you will feel as if you have taken a small vacation! Go and enjoy!

Sincerely, maybe a place that deserves renew on all aspects. I know diners concept is a cultural American style, but, is very old fashioned, ruined over the time and the servers are not happy about you.
The food, I can say is good, but, not the best I ever had.
If you really are on the town and spending some money, you can try, but, don’t tell that I advise you.

Such poor service, worst dining experience. First I ordered Chicken Caesar wraps, they came out with no chicken at all. We also ordered Coke and Diet Coke and were given Pepsi and Cherry Pepsi instead. Also when I first sat down, my utensils were dirty. The service was rude and unhelpful, when we asked another waitress for help, she snapped that she “wasn’t our waiter,” To make things worse, I was mocked for leaving a low tip despite the poor experience. Super unhappy.

Sunday morning, rainy day…and my thoughts go to Ritz Diner in Livingstone.
Easy access location, lovely warm staff and owner, and pleasant atmosphere. The blound waitress went above and beyond to accomodate my order, and the Eggs Bennedict with a bed of ham became Eggs Fiorentine with a bed of healthier sauted spinach. A black coffee got along nicely. What else should I ask for in this relaxed lazy weekend morning?
My experience to Ritz Diner is wonderful ANY TIME I have a chance to get there. Delicious food, lovely staff, resonable prices. That’s why I want to give credit where credit is due.

Good diner griddle food. Everything tastes like old times in a good way. The service, for as much staff as there was, was surly, sullen, laconic and lacking. Cool Formica neons look. Cashier was nice and had great hair.

I came here a lot years ago in high school. It has gone way down hill. Noone was eating there at night. The portions were smaller. The shrimp had a strange smell. I still was not sure if the shrimp was bad or just not fresh and seasoned weirdly so we kept it at the table. Yet, the whole dinner smelled like the shrimp. A gross, putrid smell. The price seemed high. I don’t get it. Why not sell this place to someone who cares?
