I traveled to this area from southwest Michigan and tried Hardee’s for the first time, and unfortunately my experience raised several concerns regarding cleanliness and food safety. Upon entering, I noticed that the main dining area appeared dirty and poorly maintained, giving the impression that it had not been properly cleaned in some time. While the food itself was decent, I became uneasy about the hygiene practices behind the counter. I first heard an employee state that he was “working on the sandwiches,” and later, when I went to get a refill, I recognized the same voice and saw him in person. He was a bit on the larger side with a thick mustache, and I observed that his uniform did not fit properly, leaving his stomach exposed near the food preparation area. This raised serious concerns about stomach-contamination and the overall adherence to basic sanitation standards. Uniforms are meant to protect both employees and customers, and improper fit can increase the risk of contamination, including hair or direct contact with food-prep surfaces. As a customer, it is concerning to think that food may be prepared under conditions that do not meet professional hygiene expectations. I strongly encourage management to address cleanliness in the dining area, enforce proper uniform standards, and ensure that food safety protocols are consistently followed to maintain a safe and professional environment. Not only that, the guy was incredibly rude to his coworkers, I was even surprised myself. I read his name rage slightly, and it said “jeff”. Anyway, I do wanna addy that I do work in the food service industry.

Horrible wait times even worse customer service… I think the girls working was like 12 yrs old nor did she have any idea what she was doing and that caused A LOT OF BAD ORDERS and extremely long wait times… This review is AFTER GOING THERE 3X AND STILL HAVING THE SAME EXPERIENCE EACH TIME SMH…

Went through the drive through and had to repeat our order three times to the woman taking it because she kept messing it up. Got our food about 20 minutes later waiting in the drive-through and our order was completely wrong! I ordered my child a cheeseburger meal, and the fries were ice cold! This place is a joke.

Went through the drive-thru. Our fries weren’t even warm and I didn’t eat them. My husband’s burger was lukewarm and so was my big ham and Swiss. My big ham and Swiss want”big” at all. I’ve had them at other places and had double the meat of what was on this one. Super disappointed!
