I bought an 8 inch hoagie. I brought it home and the roll was burnt so I brought it back to him and they cooked me a new one . After I got home the second time I realized the second row was burnt too, so I’m basically done with them

I was told that when in the Buffalo area, I need to get a sandwich from Jim’s so here I am. Not familiar with the menu, I chose their “Stinger” which is chicken tenders and cheesesteak with spicy sauce. As the only customer in the place at 7pm, I opted to take it to go and consumed it a half hour later.
There’s a lot of protein here but the famed spiciness was not present. A good mix of chicken and grilled steak and cheese, it’s also very messy. Tasty but otherwise unremarkable.
The restaurant is clean and there is plenty of seating down the side. The young lady who took my order was patient enough.

I love this place, it’s the chicken finger sub, it’s just amazing. I love the stinger and their french fries. I would like to start trying other menu items but I always end up getting something i’m familiar with.
I wish there was some kinda incentive to try new things. Even once a month deal, try a sampler of different items that are 1/4th the size for a fair price.

Philly cheesesteak is really good but $12 for 8 inches… That’s a little crazy to me for fast food but other than that this location I have no complaints. Staff is not rude and efficient.

Just opened my 2 large beef tacos and one small all three were made incorrectly. That would be okay with me we can solve this I think right let’s call. I told my girlfriend don’t worry I’ll call. I spoke to a nice cashier. The gentleman on the phone is very helpful. He offered to remake or refund the order which I would think would be normal and no issue. He asked me what was wrong. I told him the two large tacos were missing cheese and sour cream. And the smaller one was missing sour cream. But I would

We have been to this location many times before so we’re pretty disappointed in the sub we got in the drive-thru the other night. We always get the Frenchy but this was not it! Burnt bread and hardly any sauce.. the burnt flavor was the only thing I could taste. These subs are NOT cheap so it was very disappointing to drive 40 minutes home and not be able to eat it!! We sure hope this was just a one time thing.
