This location like most in Colorado Springs is terrible. Half of my brisket was fat, the pork was flavorless, all of the sandwiches were not wrapped, the fries were half filled and unsalted. There is more flavor from hospital food than this location. I called and complained. The general manger said I will receive a full refund that never came. When I asked about it a week later I was told that they are not doing a full refund and a partial. That refund has yet to be sent. I was then told to file a dispute with my bank.

Been at this location twice now and not very impressed with the flavor.
Brisket and the pulled pork was very dry with zero flavor other than the one small piece of fat. For the price I would rather go to Rudy’s. The staff is great and does a good job but flavor is absent.
Maybe I’m biased or maybe Texas brisket is just better.

Dished me a quarter disher portion.
Need to serve it better value.
Got a bite each of coleslaw, beans, mac n cheese. Maybe a tablespoon of each.
Could say it was free and don’t complain but I pay for this through my annual dues and not a good deal.
I asked for a better value in the line and the Dickey’s guy said ‘this is how it’s gonna be.’

The fried okra still has raw dough in it. It is clumps of okra instead of singles. In between the clumps is actually raw still. I don’t feel safe eating RAW DOUGH. The sliced brisket is the driest meat I’ve ever had from a bbq place. I think the turkey is actually just sliced deli meat. I’ve ordered the turkey many times before and it’s never been this texture or taste. They also gave us barely any meat in our 2 meat and 3 meat plates. We’ve had good experiences at this place before but whoever is working tonight needs to be fired. The whole meal was just disgusting. The only thing we actually ate was the baked beans and mac and cheese. A waste of money. Now I’m out $70 and still hungry.

I arrived to pickup my big box online order for a Father’s day get together, that was placed and payed for tip included 5 days ahead of pick up day.
The two lady’s were so rude and said there was no order under my name and maybe I was at the wrong location.
After showing the confirmation number,she said “oh look your order just showed up”.
They un happily put our order together and the food was horrible.
We were supposed to get 2 pounds each of brisket and turkey.
We received 1.1 pounds of each and the brisket had 4 oz of fat.
The green beans were mushy and had no bacon or onions.
The lady’s gave us the worst food possible and our order was over $160

I have not ordered here once in the past year and had any amount of consistency between orders. Portion sizes have varied, down to getting a different number of cans of soda (or even a cup at all) when ordering a big yellow cup. Sometimes a 2-meat plate has the same amount of meat as a 3-meat plate and sometimes a 3-meat plate is barely 6oz of meat.
It tastes good and they deliver, just make sure you don’t get your hopes up and watch for plastic wrap sliced into your food (which has happened to me twice at this location).
Doesn’t help that the staff literally never know about the products enough to answer your question and have to ask a manager about things like “what size side is supposed to come with X”.
It was an almost even exchange between good food and frustration but it’s shifted further lately. Hard pass from hereon out.

First time to this location. The food was very tasty, good portion, and a hot dish. The service was excellent. Lori and Salissa were very professional, kind, and welcoming. The free ice cream cove was the perfect dessert.

They were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Their warm personalities and great service truly elevated the whole meal. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend!
