Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Can’t Chalk it up to a bad day. The service is just crap. The food is decent when it’s not cold and they are actually “open” (avoid going after dark, they always say they are closed).
Been 8 months. Tried going back. I’m done with Taco Bell for good. This is ridiculous. Not only did I have to open each one to figure out what they were, but peep the photo. Literally 2 tablespoons of something with cheese. Not worth the money for a rolled up tortilla.

The employees working on 11/10 around 10:45 p.m. did amazing. The best Taco Bell I’ve ever had. Each item was stuffed extra full and very good.

A volleyball team was starving after their game and wanted a nice treat to celebrate their win. Now, my friends LOVE taco bell. But upon showing up the employees closed the door, shut the lights off, and hid in the back. I believe it’s immature and unprofessional to behave in such a manor. When working in fast food, you’ll be expected to have to do your job. Refusing service just because it’s a large group is an extremely bad look on the company.

if you can’t run a fast food place normally at a certain time then seriously just shut it down! it should not take 20-30 minutes for 2 cars to get orders in at a drive thru. Also a guy came out screaming out the back door because a car honked that wasn’t for the reason he thought. like if you have time to do that you have enough time to take an order!

Multiple people working, but behind the counter in the kitchen area talking or on their phones. The lobby and fountain drink area were sticky and disorganized. Bathrooms were awful. The food prep area was unkept and dirty (clearly visible from the register). This is a very gross Taco Bell.

Ordered food for the family on the app, when I got there, there were 3 other people waiting, so I figured it would take some time to get my order. However, I was not expecting to be waiting there for 45 minutes for my order. Even when I got my order, there was a girl that was waiting there even longer, close to an hour at that point.
Grossly mismanaged staff as well while I was there, customers were getting ignored as they came in, employees were swearing at each other and yelling, and a guy went on break during the rush. I understand needing a break while working, but that is not the time to do it.
I like the food from Taco Bell, but the quality offered from the staff is well below my already low expectations.

I had the most bizarre experience at this location on Sunday night, 8/31. I was the only car in the drive-thru, went up to the window. Guy came on and said “just so you know its a 45 minute wait for tacos, burritos, and a bunch of other stuff he rattled off. Then proceeds to say “we’re out of about x, y, z… etc.” I said, “is there anything you can make right now?” Long pause….. “we’re really backed up on orders right now.” Seemed crazy and almost like a ploy to not do any work. They shouldn’t even be open if they’re unable to sustain the orders they have. Avoid this place.

they will have you wait for a half hour to almost 2 hours for food. that is absolutely bizarre to me. when you have two cars in your drive thru you expect people to wait a half hour to 2 hours? hell no. step up your game or close your business easy as that. food is good tho

It’s a packer game night and I understand busy I can understand short staff what I cannot understand is why they say it would be 45 MIN wait for ANY AND ALL food items. After waiting 30mins in line just to hear they have nothing ready. That’s just poor management. What on their menu takes 45mins to cook. I can make a taco at home faster than that.
