The coffee tasted old and wasn’t fresh at all. Even after paying extra for sugar, vanilla syrup, and caramel, they didn’t add any of it. Really disappointing experience definitely not worth the price.

I went with my kids to this McDonald’s but I was totally disappointed. There were some teenagers behaving really bad, using the soda machine in a bad way, they left a mess where you take napkins and ketchup and to top it off they dropped a drink on the floor leaving a big mess. The manager should have said something to these teens and also their parents should tell them how to behave correctly.

I was incredibly unsatisfied with the level of service at the west 10th street McDonalds in Greeley, co. during my last visit. First there was no one serving at the check stand. I tried to use a kiosk, which took my order fine but would not accept my credit card. So, I was directed to the checkout to pay for my meal. So I waited for 10 – 15 minutes for someone to come and serve the checkout stand. I asked why the kiosk did not accept my credit card. I was told the credit card reader did not work. I suggested there should be a sign up to let customers know. I was told that they were marked but customers take the signs down.
I understand sometimes this restaurant gets busy, but some effort at serving all customers adequately would be appreciated , not just the drive through and mobile orders. Customer service is your business, not just delivering food to those customers.
I would like to see attention given to genuine customer service in the future.

The woman in the drive thru was inebriated on something for sure, incredibly slow responses and incorrect items added while laughing in the background. The wrap we ordered had no sauce on it at all as well. The delivery time was fine but overall a very disappointing experience, primarily with whoever was staffing the drive thru orders.

I was there and ordered at the drive thru. They had me pay, then park in space to wait. I waited over 10 minutes for my food, then decided to go inside. The little snob working the window said she came out and I wasn’t parked there — BLANTANT LIE. Iwas there the whole 10 minutes!! Then they had to remake my food – and the lady on the back saod she stuck extra in the bag – that was nice, but it wasn’t ANYTHING that I ordered, and the amount of cheese on the bagel was disgusting. And to boot, there was no egg!! These people need retrained for customer service!! very rude. They also NEVER gave me a receipt yet asked me for it by 3 different people.

I’d give it negative stars if possible. We’ve been here multiple times over the last few months..order is never correct. My husband has managed restaurants in the past, mistakes happen..but today was the last straw..burger was raw..other one was smashed like it was literally dropped and step on..order wasn’t even correct. #neveragain #horribleservice #dobetter pics added..eat here at ur own risk

Ordered 3 meals for breakfast, but had to repeat each during the drive through. Waited for a bit at window which was fine, however when finally provided food no hash browns were include. Now they told me the 3 correct sandwiches at window so I didn’t check but should have as I ended up with someone else’s order rather than mine. Got to do better guys.

I don’t typically go to McDonalds but I was in a rush and needed something fast. I didn’t expect the amazing customer service I want to shout out Rhianna she was so kind and overall made me want to come back this is the customer service every job needs give this girl a raise I will definitely be returning thank you for your kindness and great customer service!
