Our first time there and we will definitely be back! Best baked apple pancake I’ve ever had and it was big enough that I brought some home. My table also ordered a Southern Benedict and a make your own skillet. Everyone was very pleased with what they ordered! (My only tiny complaint was the coffee seemed to cool off fast, but they were great with the refills.) Bigger on the inside than it looks from outside. Lots of seating options.

First time at Flap-Jack and it did not disappoint! Claudia, our server, was friendly and attentive. I had the French toast, crepe, and meat omelet—all were delicious and perfectly cooked. Great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

We went here for the first time for our annual King’s Day Breakfast. The place was packed. The service was excellent and the food was so delicious no complaints from anyone. I highly recommend this spot and the prices were decent.

I ordered a chicken philly omelette and the chicken was barely cooked it smelled like it was sitting out for days and the omelette had a little water under it,I couldn’t eat it after the first bite. The pancakes are the smallest I’ve ever gotten from a breakfast place, and the grits come in a water cup and have a watery mucus texture. It sucks because I spent 18$ to get barely any food and the quality was terrible so mad I wasted my money

I love this place! I ordered the veggie skillet and it was so good—fresh, flavorful, and filling without feeling heavy. The food came out quick and hot, which I really appreciated. On top of that, the staff was genuinely kind and welcoming, not just “doing their job” nice. You can tell they care about the experience, not just the order. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, satisfying meal with great service.

Our first time here, and we came on a Sunday early afternoon, and it was very busy, but we were seated and taken care of right away. Didn’t have to wait long on our food, which was fresh and delicious. Service was very friendly and welcoming. Would come back if in the area. Would recommend.

This was my first visit, and I decided to come on Easter morning. The exterior is surprisingly unassuming; my wife and son initially thought it was closed and even questioned the address, given its location in a small strip mall. Despite being crowded, we were seated within the promised ten minutes. The restaurant is quite large, and I particularly enjoyed the long counter seating area on the east side, reminiscent of a classic diner. Our waitress was fantastic, and our food arrived promptly. Each dish was well-portioned, nicely presented, and tasted great. My son’s over-easy eggs were cooked perfectly – not hard or greasy, as is often the case elsewhere. My basted eggs had slightly crispy edges, but it wasn’t enough to detract from the meal. The corned beef and hash browns were truly delicious, and the pancakes absolutely lived up to the restaurant’s name. Overall, it was a 5-star experience, and I will definitely return when I’m in the area. The food was excellent, the staff was great, and the space felt roomy.

Nice place. Better than your average greasy spoon.
I have celiac disease, and our waitress as well as the kitchen were quite knowledgeable about gluten free. I was able to eat an awesome skillet meal with GF pancakes, and I did NOT get sick. Plus the coffee was great.

My wife and I enjoyed our breakfast very much.
