I originally posted madly because they were out of chicken sandwiches on Wednesday night. I apparently was not in a good mood and made a review like a Karen. I came back the next evening because I was dying for sandwich, its been years since I had Popeyes. I was blown away by the service of the people on shift that night. Between the drive through woman and the gentlemen that brought out my food. They were beyond kind and respectful and genuinely seemed like they enjoyed their job. I honestly wish I got their names. I believe they were Indian. They were completely fabulous and deserve all the recommendations. Because they made me realize I was just being a jerk the night before. Its so hard to work in the fast food industry emotionally. And I didnt put that into consideration when I wrote that review. Also my sandwich was nummy. Thank you guys and sorry for being that customer I hated when I worked in the industry many years ago.

Worst service. Kept us waiting st counter for almost 5 minutes before someone took our order,then our drinks got mixed up and when i asked which one was dr. Pepper the worker slammed our drink with an attitude. And food was very greasy and fries were stale. Wont be coming back . And the bathrooms were filthy.

Drive thru took a few extra minutes to get thru but they explained it was too give us fresh beignet. That being said it was also GREAT hearing “you have a blessed day”. This may NOT be my last time there. Friendly AND patient staff at the drive thru. The chicken sandwich taste good. Only problem is that I requested light mayo and no pickles and still got both. That being said, nothing fingers can’t pick off or wipe off. If you LIKE pickles however, they look big and juicy
