Absolutely appalled. Ordered my 2 year old a kids meal and she ate a few bites and I noticed the meat was raw…not even just slightly.

My mum and I dined at Wendy’s a few weeks ago. I couldn’t believe how nasty the burger was. I felt horrible after, like I had eaten something that was meant for an animal. Was it food? Is that real mayonnaise?
Wendy’s used to be great, my mum always said their fries were the best out of every fast food place. The prices are so high, too. I won’t be back, not even if it were free.

In the last few months the food quality and service has gone down. Not sure if it’s to do with a change of staff or what. Been getting raw burgers in the middle, same with chicken burgers and then missing items from my orders like fries, as well as changes to my order are wrong, like no tomato and no pickle on my burger, they still put it on after I’ve reconfirmed at the order screen and it’s still wrong. One of the better fast food options in this town still, but just need a refocus on quality and control.

Wendy’s is my favourite place for burgers. The staff is great and always polite. While I prefer chicken burgers, I also love their chicken strips. They’re fresh and incredibly crunchy!

The food quality and experience was consistent to expectations with the Wendy’s brand. The parking is terrible at this location. The drive thru blocks traffic making location access difficult. It was an extremely busy day when we attended. Patio seating is dismal but inside is great. The newly renovated interior was modern and nice. The new soda dispenser offers a huge variety of pop.

Wendy’s was my 113th eatery in Vernon on my quest to eat at every eatery in Vernon.
As others have noted, service here is insanely slow for a fast food joint.
I ordered a small fry and a large fountain soda with unlimited refills for $7.81 after tax.
I had to wait over ten minutes for my small fries. There were six people working in the back in addition to the cashier which made it more impressive.
However, nearly the whole staff speaks Tagalog. My spouse was from Pampanga, and I travel to Pampanga every year. Once I noticed that I knew I just had to use the same patience as I do in Pampanga. Check my order to make sure it is right.
If you travel annually to Luzon and Visayas annually like I do, you know the cultural differences in eateries.
I couldn’t help but smile and feel like I was on vacation with my spouse all over again.
Staff was pleasant. I am sure they get yelled at by locals who don’t understand the underlying cultural differences at play here.
Oh, and they have one of those soda fountains with hundreds of flavours. I found Mello Yello in Canada for the first time in nearly twenty years!
So buy your large soda and get your unlimited refills! Try ’em all!

I orderd the new limited fired up chicken sandwich. It was soo gooood, and gave the right vibe to enjoy the food. The place looked so clean and neat and makes you want to sit inside and enjoy the bite.
Only draw back I find is the long waiting period before and after ordering the food. It seems like they give more priorities to those who order through drive-through, I waited almost 25min before they took my order even when no one was infront of me. They say it is a fastfood place, however it looks like its only fastfood for drive-through customers.

this place has fallen off a cliff in the last 6 months. i don’t even bother going anymore, Burger King is right beside it, WAY BETTER and WAY CHEAPER. shocking corporate doesn’t care.

I ordered through skip the dishes. 10 junior deluxe burgers and a poutine. Use photos for reference. Burgers very dry, cheese not melted, burgers cold. The poutine for $6 large had a tsp of gravy and old fries. Not good. 0 effort put in for $40 order.
Tried again, March 6. Courier went 30 min wrong way, I chased him down to get cold burgers no 2 large frosties. Be aware you get 50 percent of order back. I reordered the frosties to take 25 min half melted
