Those place needs to be closed down. I’ve never gotten good food from those place. It always has sour sauce or rotten vegetables. How is this place still open. Customer service is pretty good for me; until you run into a problem which then these rude or un helpful and basically tell you sucks for you. Worse place to eat in town.

The girl working the second window was very nice. The person taking my order you can barely hear them, and before I completed my order they are telling me to pull up. They messed my order up. I wanted a large sweet tea, they put a Dr Pepper. Then I asked for my burger with just meat and cheese. And it had everything on it. When I was trying to explain to them that I ordered a sweet tea and not a Dr Pepper. Another person walked up and asked what I wanted? What I want is for my stuff to be correct!

around 7 am I ordered a sausage biscuit wand i was waiting on my order to be taken, the workers were just all looking in their phones by the bag station, and they were just walking by looking at me and it took one worker to tell me to use the machines. I didn’t think I would have to use the machine, but the customer service overall was trash. I didn’t get greeted when I walked in. The workers were rude when they gave me my food. It wasn’t a great atmosphere. I didn’t feel welcomed at all.

I guess management at this location really doesn’t care what their employees do. Went through the drive thru a few nights ago and I was told that they only had chicken nuggets because they were short staffed. I was confused because there were like 5 employees out front listening to music and getting high. Also they will never get your order right. I’m scared to even eat the food they serve now, I won’t be going back. I’m sure this will only help others know about this place because management doesn’t care how it’s ran, it’s just a big party place for them to hang out and get paid for doing a half job.

I literally ordered a double quarter wit fries and a frappe. The frappe was straight ice and caramel base. The fries were definitely cold and old. This place forgets something in my order most every time I go. The other day I pulled up in the drive through and they said they only had fries and chicken nuggets because they were short handed. When I pulled off there were four employees out front smoking. Today they forgot both my drinks and my hamburger patty.

The food was good,but I asked for no onions, add lettuce on my Double quarter pounder with cheese,and didn’t get that! I also ordered a large size combo,and ended up with a small drink, & medium fry! Plus the cashier, or team member answered the intercom with a disrespectful attitude,and was unprofessional and rude trying to rush me through my order. I mean, come on, your main job is to listen to the customers, and give them what they order; it’s not rocket science! If you can’t do your job correctly then leave, because there’s ALWAYS someone out their who would be happy,and grateful to have your job! I only went to location, because of its convenience to the hospital I was staying in. Won’t that mistake again!

i haven’t been to mcdonald’s in a long time because they consistently always forget part of my order but i went to get the new grinch meal because i was so excited to try the pickle fries… what did they forget to put in my box? THE FRIES!!!! i got 2 packets of the seasoning and a bag to shake said fries in but no fries. i don’t usually leave reviews but this happened last time i went a couple of months ago for breakfast when they forgot to put my hashbrowns in the bag. something has to be done about this because we are paying for these items it should not be the “norm” to get the order wrong. if they started remembering my order they might even get tipped but this is ridiculous how consistently they mess up!!!!!! also, i waited in line for over 30 minutes … just for them to not give me the part of my meal i was most excited for.

Worthless bottom of the barrel drive thru employees. Avoid this place at all costs. The manager was nice though and corrected order after I had to drive all the way back from my house.
